I walked in about 30 minutes ago and only one employee was there and I thought GREAT no wait.. perfect timing! Then the employee spoke with me and I got checked in. Thought I was going to get seated and she said "Theres another client over at the yogurt shop ahead of you, let me go see if hes ready". Makes sense you have a paying customer at the cashier and then you tell them "hey wait here let me go chase some one down in the parking lot and see if they still want the services I offer". Why would you allow someone to hold you hostage and say hey Im checking in but Im going to eat Yogurt so... if anyone else tries to come in simply run over and let me know and Ill bring the yogurt over there so I dont lose my spot. That way I dont lose my spot and anyone who comes after me has to wait for me. Next time I fly Ill tell the captain.. listen I want to go get some yogurt so if I delay the plane simply come over to the yogurt shop and let me know to get back on then Ill be back.. right thats how it works. Terrible experience. First off the employee was on a personal call when I walked in and continued the conversation once I was acknowledged. Maybe its a contractor position so they dont care.. I dont know but the customer service is simply low.

If this is the only choice you have to get your hair cut, please let it grow! I took my three year old grandchild here today for a trim and to get her bangs cut. The stylist was rough with my grandchild in making her set still and placing her in different positions. She could have been much nicer and explained why she needed my grandchild to set a certain way. My grandchilds bangs were uneven. When I commented to the stylist that they were uneven since one eyebrow was showing and the other one was not, she told me they looked fine and stepped back. She would not fix them. While we were there, a gentlemen came in. He was told in a very unfriendly manner to have a seat that she was busy and would get to him in a minute. Also, there was a phone call to which the stylist told the person she was busy and call back later. She did not say please, and she hung up without saying goodbye. Obviously, with this kind of service, I did not tip her. I paid for the service and she slammed the cash drawer. We will definitely NOT be back to Super Cuts.

The WORST ever! Cant believe I didnt trust my instincts to just drive pass it. The so called hairstylist butchered my sons hair so badly that its not possible to be fixed. In fact before leaving there I had asked for her to have a closer look- hopefully she could tidy up some areas where it looked really off. She made it WORST. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. BTY I had to select a star for me to leave a comment but if it was up to me ZERO star for sure.

This is a place that charges $15.00 for a hair cut, but the stylist proceeded to tell about how much she/he made at her/his previous hair style jobs.. and that men throw much better tips then women and men have no problem tipping $20.00... compared to women..on an on and on.. As a women.. I was seriously insulted.. Id never go back there.

Loralee is great. The first time I went to Supercuts I was lucky enough to have Loralee cut my hair. She took the time to ask questions, determine how my hair lays and gave me a great haircut. I received several complements on my hair immediately thereafter. Loralee takes her time and truly makes you believe she loves what shes doing.

Tried to support a new local business but what a horrible experience...not because of the haircut, because I did not stay around long enough for one but the indifference, lack of any type of customer service . One person working, couldnt careless about anything. Avoid.

Worst experience ever! Avoid this place at all cost, if I could give it no stars I would. The only woman working was rude and had zero customer service skills. I cancelled the appointment and went to great clips across the street (who is cheaper).

Alli the manager is very cool. She works her ass off and gives me the same great haircut every time. Ask for her when you go in you wont go wrong.
