Terrible. Slow as molasses. Multiple screw-ups on last order (total $404). When I asked them by phone about my order, they responded "too bad; you approved the proofs." Somewhat true; but not the whole story. They made mistakes on two of three parts of the order. And they would make no adjustments whatever. Ive dealt with them several times over the past 10 years and was satisfied before; but not anymore.; currently, and my opinion based on experience, but not good people to deal with.
