All I can say is WOW!!!! When you talk or think about the most professional, knowledgeable and experienced printing firm in the business you have to think of Design One Printing! I went to them to do my print work and could not believe how professional they were and are but, how quickly they came up with a solution to my printing needs. They were extremely courteous, patient and above all experienced!! I have no doubt I will use them in my business for all of my future printing needs and encourage anyone reading this to do the same. I am not usually one to write a review, but Design One Printing is truly deserving of the 5 stars and then some! As a new business owner, I was shopping around for the best prices on printing and came across Design One Printing after talking with a few other companies. I had a little knowledge on what I was looking for, but Nar quickly filled in the gaps. He took the time to inform and educate me on different products and their quality. Nar and Joe have gone above and beyond to help with opening of my business, and I truly appreciate them; these guys are great! If you want a company who delivers great product and really cares about their customers, then Design One Printing is the place for you. As far as Im concerned, Design One Printing is THE ONLY printing company in town!

I needed someone to design and print a mailer (Post Card) and work within the print guidelines of the US post office for mailers.. I needed a quantity of 60 mailers. other companies that I contacted told me that I would have to order a minimum of 250. The staff at design one did not require a minimum order and were very friendly, they explained the process of design, proof by customer and then print. I was out of town when they needed me to proof their work.. They sent me an email with a copy of the sample mailer and I was able to immediately give my approval. when I arrived back in town the mailers were ready. Thank you Design One for doing such an awesome job on designing and printing the mailers and having it ready when you said it would.

It is so important to find a local printing expert, rather than some online company to do your printing work. I am very fortunate to be doing business with Design One Printing. They double check all of my photoshop files for editing issues, and have taken care of them all! Saving me time, and money. More specifically, I thought I removed unwanted writing on a graphic, but the removal process in photoshop left distorted pixelations that I didnt notice before I submitted the graphic for printing. The staff at Design One Printing zoomed in on my file, saw the issue and took care of it for me! Otherwise, it would have ended up in the final print. Left this place extremely amazed and satisfied with the quality of work, service, and reliability. My office placed a 900 count custom t-shirt order with a deadline of less than a week. We knew that it would be impossible to have all 900 t-shirts in so we asked that we at least have 100-200 shirts ready by the deadline. Not only were the t-shirts on time but the entire order was complete!!!! Nar and Lianne were extremely amiable and helpful throughout the entire process. I am shocked that they were able to make the order happen. Nar is extremely easy to work with, he was extremely quick with this responses, and our completed project was even better than what was expected. The project he completed for me was for a school in CCSD. His commitment to public education is awesome. He made sure our project could be completed within our budget and worked with me to get exactly what I needed for the price I could pay. I wish I could give them more than five stars. My employer recently presented at a conference in Las Vegas. The day before the event I found out a shipment of decals had been lost in the mail. Suddenly, I had to find a local shop that could print new decals and deliver them the same day. Luckily I found Design One Printing. They made the time to print the decals and had an employee drop them off at the hotel where our staff was setting up. Their service was excellent as well as the quality of the product. Nar and Ron have been wonderful. Ron has been especially helpful with all of our printing needs.
