Poor Customer Service. I just called them about 30 minutes ago and was blown away by the womans attitude that answered the phone. I printed my invites through someone else and was only calling to see if they had envelopes for wedding announcements (had no idea what all they covered. Most printing business didnt carry them) and the woman said, "Well we print wedding announcements so OBVIOUSLY we have the envelopes." I then asked, "Okay, I was just wondering if you had any in a specific size." And before I could finish she VERY rudely cut me off stating, "Well tell me the measurements first so I can see if we even have them." She continued to cut me off the rest of the phone call. They had the measurements I needed, but never before have I been treated so poorly. I was polite the entire phone call and not once did she change her rude demeanor. They might be great at what they do, but they dont have to treat me like crap while doing it. Awful!

The customer service is horrendous. I called for an estimate on a small printing job, and was immediately met with irritation and a short attitude when the lady over the phone found out what my specs were. When I mentioned that I was willing to change the printing dimensions she brushed it off but promised to check with the "powers that be" to see if it was doable. I received a call back minutes later with this customer service rep abruptly telling me they couldnt do anything and she hung up on me. Please bear in mind that I had mentioned that even though the job was small, I was willing to pay for what it would take (even extra for the trouble) to make it worth their time. For some reason my call came off as either offensive, or this lady was having a bad day. At any rate, the customer service was borderline hateful of the customer. If they dont want my money then its their loss. Really unfortunate.

I am having the best experience working with Jaffa Printing for my wedding announcements. Their designer even took on our custom requests and has created a memorable and beautiful announcement. I am so pleased with the thorough communication and the timeliness of each step in the process. Also, the prices are incredible. I can hardly wait to see how the printed announcements turn out.

Family run business serving Salt Lake City for years. The owners and employees are happy people, they seem to pride themselves in their work. This press has some unique history as well, originally this building was an old bakery. Paper is stored in what uses to be a large cold storage area.
