Ive been doing business with Jackpot since 2006. Weve had our Corporate Brochures, Fashion Calendars, Hi Quality Letterhead, die -cut printing and many other printing projects done over the years and I have always received excellent customer service, fast turn-around and Sam Alyas (the owner) has always made sure that I have received the best final product. Ive been to their print shop (the presses are always humming) and I love the fact that I can do a print check if I want to as well. In this world of on-line everything and everyone wants cheap, there are still our local printing companies that stay alive and well with their great customer service and dependable quality work, and Jackpot Printing is just that Company. I am in the middle printing another project this week with Jackpot for our Corporate Folders and Presentation pieces and looking forward to seeing our final project. Thanks Jackpot Printing for 7 years of great service and quality printing.

Bob Mitchell is a jerk. After a few rounds of back-and-forth emails regarding printing a brochure for my business, I sent my salesman down with a file. When my salesman called Bob, he was very short and rude on the phone; asking when we will be by to see him because "I leave every day at 2:30, so dont show up near or after that time." Unbelievable. I am sure there are other print companies in Las Vegas that work actual business hours. Lastly, when we went down there to meet with him, he had NO SAMPLES, his price had gone way up, and he still seemed put-out to be spending any time with us. I guess a $2,000 brochure order is chump change to this jerk, so we are going elsewhere. EDIT: One star added for the owner response, though I never used them and dont intend to in the future.

I want to start this by saying the Owner responded to the comment below under Jack Ruby. He is afraid of people telling the truth about this place. Im sure he will respond to it here too! He should be utterly ashamed of his company. I was treated extremely poorly by his staff and him. The printing was sub par and from what one of his employees told me they dont even print a customers order on site but sent out to California at Zoo Printing or something like that. What I got back was a complete disaster. Unusable!!!! SO it was a loss and am glad to let everyone know about how bad this place truly is! Glad there are other printers in the same area that were very helpful and understanding of the product I needed. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!

Wonderful, amazing, speedy service, and at 1/3rd the cost of the FedEx that quoted me for the same job. FedEx told me my job would take 2-3 business days and cost three times as much. When I called Jackpot, they rushed my order for me, filling it in LESS THAN 24 HOURS! and charged me a FRACTION what FedEx was looking for. My 24x6" accordion brochures came out beautiful. I am so happy with the service and reasonable rates, I plan to use Jackpot for any future printing needs, and I plan to recommend them to all of my shoe-industry friends who visit regularly for business. Good job, Jackpot!! Thanks again!!

Better than Internet prices! Jackpot printing delivered the best price in Las Vegas and the service is second to none. As a second time customer Im completely satisfied with their services. Fast production and delivery times and great print quality. Ordering business cards, catalogues, and other prints can be a bit of a risk due to the fact that it wont correspond to what is on your screen when you are creating the image but Jackpot printing made sure everything was just as we wished.

When I have large quantity black and white printing, this is the place for me. Quick turn around and reasonable prices. Jobs are always delivered in shrink wrap and no additional charge when I have printed on three hole punched paper. Ill keep coming back.
