The staff is friendly enough, but I have had plenty of issues with this post office. First if you have a front gate, it is at the discretion of the carrier to come in and drop the package or not. More times than not they honk once and leave a notice in your box. So to try an prevent this I have paid extra using the post office web site to hold the package so I can pick it up the same day it arrives instead of having to wait extra days. Both times I tried this it to a minimum of 30 minutes to locate my package at the post office. You would think there would be a place assigned to a package like that, but I guess not. The phone is always busy during open hours, I have tried constant redial for an hour before getting through. After an hour of redial frustration they did finally assist me with my package issue . If it wasnt for the people being as nice as they are this would be a two star review.

Crappy service so far, but they try. Almost never got General Delivery mail from anyone except my bank. Found out weeks later that address line should be "general delivery" and not their actual address, but that hardly helped and I only got 1 other thing that way. I got a brand new address now and they havent sent me any mail for the 4 weeks Ive had it. I called Friday morn and never got called back, so call Monday at 1030 to find out the carrier left and I need to call back at 930 tomorrow. Even the manager acted like I was the only person to have a new address in the last decade when I set it up. Irritated I am missing checks and documents and they dont know where they are. Theres usually a line and 1-4 older ladies up front. The Asian one with poor English seems to know the least.

They wont answer their phones,,,,I went in and seen phones hanging off of the hook. WOW. I was trying to file a complaint on the mail lady because she refuses to pick up my outgoing mail....now my lights got shut off because the bill and payment was found still laying in my mailbox after I got back from vacation. The guy at the post office told me that the mail lady dosent have to pick up my outgoing mail if she dont feel like it.!?!?!? What??? BullShit......so I guess 2 things are gonna happen....1 is I will be suing the mail lady personally for Discrimination, and holding her personally accountable,,,2 is she needs a tune up And I have the perfect lady that loves to give tune ups

one of the mail carriers named toni went out of his way to make sure i receive my package that day. i had ordered some things that i need for a pre surgical diet and my roads are so bad that i did not think they would make it out here. i called the post office and they put me right through to toni. he called me when he was in my area so i could meet him and get my package instead of leaving a card for pickup in my mailbox. i needed the items that day so this was greatly appreciated. nice job friendly people!

Very poor staff with horrible work ethic. No dedication to the job and nothing done right. Always halfassed and slow. Nothing ever gets delivered when theyre supposed and no one does their job right. Every other post office, even those in the middle of nowhere can do their job right. Absolutely unacceptable. No excuses for this. Live just down the street and the mail still gets late past 6pm

If you schedule yourself to spend at least an hour stop here, you might actually be on time with everything else. I am not sure why they waste money with having more than one computer station, as they usually only use 1, even when the whole city is waiting in line. Perhaps you WILL save time and sanity driving to another location (ghost town of Chloride does better).

I just stopped to mail a card and was greeted by a friendly employee. What really impressed me was the patience another employee had with an elderly lady choosing stamps. She went over the choices asking questions and the male employee was so kind and helpful! Kudos to the great employees at the Kingman location.

Had mail sitting in mail box with flag up for two days. Called spoke with post office and ask why mail was not being picked up. I was told carrier would be contacted to get mail todsy. It wasnt picked up. NOT HAPPY !!!

Tried calling today and try to see if they can confirm and correct an address for a package. Guess what? THEY DO NOT ATTEND TO THE PHONES ON A SATURDAY DURING BUSINESS HOURS? What kind of rule is that? Useless..

Worst post office I have ever dealt with. Mail delivery some times you dont get it till dark and so sometimes they dont deliver it at all and I have a package on the truck.

Terrible service especially for Businesses!!! Not getting my mail until 2 or 3pm is unacceptable when you have to do FedEx turn around on checks by 2:30pm every day!

Great post office. Rich with history, this post office has gotta be one of the most efficient ones Ive ever been to. In and out in less than 5 mins when crowded.
