I am handicapped not able to stand for long time or sit for long time. I stop using my walker due to I am to tall and it hurt to bend over. I used a cane for years but my only good arm was giving out on me. I use a person to help me around. I quilted and my nephew had just welcomed a little girl. I bit off more then I could do but finished the hand quilted 1.5 yard quilt. She was born in Feb. 2017. It is July 2017. I really wanted to get it to him before she was to big. So now the problems I had was this post office has a handicap lane that reads all ways open for handicap. I have used it over the years. This was the first time I went alone and if you know NV it was way over 100 out side. I stood at the window while 2 checkers act as I was not there. Holding my self up with the counter feeling like I was going to pass out I ask are you not going to help me? There was a 3rd person wondering around giving out packages. I was told that lane is closed I watch them put at least 15 people out the door and I had to ask. I told him it says never closed. He said it is get in line like the rest. I left and went to pebble post office hoping to mail this quilt. I called my son whom was just getting off work he headed that way. I got in line with 3 people in there 2 where stocking 1 checking out a long line. I drop my package on floor and just moved it with my foot. 1 man stocking kept taking people in front of me over and over. I ask him are you checking people out he was rude to me said what what. My son came in at that time which had took his shirt off with badge and took his belt and gun off due to his line of work. He grabed my arm ask me why are you alone. I told they dont have handicap they said. Then the man that was taking people in front of me out of line even ones behind me. He told me how do I know you are handicapped. I raised my shirt showed him the scare from my neck to my pant line and the one from my neck down to my pant line he did not want to see rest. I told him I can not bring in plack due to it was on my car mirror where it belonged. But he told my son oh we was going to move her up next in line. When they did the lady ask me questions like any thing breakable he answered no to every one for me. I stopped him said yes I do want ins. He got mad. I did want to get a sign return and over night but he said no just get her rung up. So I took my receipt and my son helped me out. Worse DAY EVER! To many people do not unerstand there are handicapped people not just line cutters!

A friend of mine sent me a package in the mail. Its a wedding present along with some business packets for me to review, and my husband and I received a post office delivery notice at our apartment saying we werent home for them to drop off the insured package and that we would need to either pick it up at the post office, or have them redeliver on a day we will be available. My husband just went on a business trip yesterday, so this morning I brought the delivery notice to them. It just so happens that the delivery notice was just under my husbands name {the woman seemed to be in a bad mood and had an attitude maybe because of the long line} and she asked me for my drivers license. I gave it to her and explained that we just got married a month ago, and I have not yet renewed my ID, and she asked me for another form if identification. I told her I dont have anything with the new address or lastname. I asked her if she could read who its addressed to on the package. And she came back from checking, and told me that I would need to bring the lease agreement from our apartment. Did she not understand me? WE JUST GOT MARRIED AND I WASNT ON THE LEASE AT THE TIME HE SIGNED. I was just so frustrated, I left. I plan on returning either tonight if I can get off work early, or tomorrow morning with my s.s. card {this is updated with my lastname, I had to wait for this to renew a drivers license, these things take a while} It will be shocking if she does not give me my package. Whats the difference if they give me the package or if they redeliver it to my apartment door? This is ridiculous. I understand its one of those "im just doing my job" kind of thing, but im sure theres a way she could have grabbed her manager or supervisor to help me.

Admittedly I am an amateur when shipping items. I sold some books. I waited patiently on line to ask a question knowing Id have to box my items and label them. No problem. When I got to the counter I asked the gentleman what the best way was to ship these 6 books to 6 people. I had $4 to spend getting them to each recipient a.s.a.p. Basically, which container should I use and should it be priority, first class, whatever, etc. Did I need insurance? A sig? What was the best choice (for me) with $4 to ship!? I dont work for the USPS so I was curious. His reply after hearing my question was: "First you need a container. We cant ship it like that." (No s#!t)Then proceeded to berate me in front of everyone that I needed to choose packing in the center of the store. I GO IT! I understand that...but I didnt want to select a box that was ONLY for a specific price. I didnt want to spend over $4 on shipping. Anyway. I ended up grabbing a small padded envelope. Filled out my labels, sealed them, got back on line, and then asked a different employee what the best option was for me to send these keeping the cost UNDER $4!!! She explained in 30 seconds (!!!) that the envelops were each $1.59 and then I could get First Class for $2.86. Meaning I was paying $4.45 (which was fine) Id eat the .45 cents difference. Sorry for the novel but the fact that GUY #1 couldnt do this for me (even tho I had no envelop yet) incensed me to the extreme. A worthless, condescending sc_mbag. The balding dude in the glasses. Youll know him when you see him. Avoid this P.O.S.! ---Oh, and I live a mile away. My daughter once sent a letter to the house. It NEVER arrived. These people suck.

$1500 camera either stolen or lost because of this place. Made the mistake of shipping a $1500 camera here. Item should of been delivered a long time ago and tracking is totally dead. Asked to speak to the post master and was blown off. Talked to the supervisor instead and given a total BS response, no idea where the package is at or why it not going anywhere. They literally dont care and made no attempt to do anything. A lot of stuff leads me to believe my camera was stolen. When I shipped it at the office, the guy asked me what was inside, and stupidly I told him. He put a special sticker on it as soon as I told him it was a camera. I am guessing this was a mark so one of his buddies in the sorting plant know which boxes to steal. For all I know the supervisor and post master are in on this, I am sure they could make a lot of money ripping people off. I see no other explanation on why I would be totally stoned walled from getting any help by them. Also, I actually had to wait in line to see the supervisor, because so many other people had lost packages as well. They have a really crooked operation going on here.
