when my usual carrier herschel is on duty, the service is exemplary. when he is on vacation, the service is defintely lacking, and there are some days they do not even have anyone to service the route of a huge country club! the phone service leaves a lot to be desired .it is all attitude and the attitude is not good for any agenc or its representative who is supposed to serve the public.
