I dont even know where to start. My son went there a year ago for about a year and there was three different directors. The first one up and left, the assistant moved up and I witnessed her crying. The third came in and I just had a bad vibe. Today there isnt one. The turn over was pretty bad. The only teacher who seemed genuine about the care of my son left 3 months into being there. My sons dad pulled him out in the middle of the week after paying for the full week. The director at the time told him she would reimburse him. She never did. And they kept charging $13 for the music class a week. For almost a year! Because my name was on the account, corporate kept calling and asking ME to pay or they would send it to collections when they actually owed money to my sons dad! I dealt with this issue for almost 8 months going back and forth between corporate and this location. Such a hassle. Im not sure why it was so hard to figure it out. We took our son back to tutor time. More expensive but definitely better.

I gave one star because I had too. Where to begin...They have switch directors about 4 times in the past year. The teacher do not care about the kids at all. The facility is not sanitized daily and the staff or to lazy to prompt kids ro go to the bathroom.Three major dieases outbreaks int the last year. The last one my son caught. He missed almost 2 months of school because of it. I had to collect poop to see if be had it and to see if it was cured. Try getting poop from a potty trained 2yr old. They tried to charge me for him having to be out until I reported it. A new company then took over and they tried to increase my payment without giving me 30 day notice to decide if I want my kids to stay. I paid a higher price because I thought I was going to get better care from a corporation. Please dont send your healthy child there.

I loved Kindercare!! My son Noah loved going there!! The staff was always so friendly and helpful. My son got comfortable really fast that dropping him off was easy. Every kid starts off crying but he went from tears to waving goodbye within the first week of going. Noah still asks me to take him back because he had friends and loved driving this toddler police car they have for the kids. Id recommend this daycare to anyone whos putting their kids in a daycare for the first time or even if your just looking for a new place to enroll your kids. Thank you Kindercare for teaching my son so much and making him feel at home.

I have heard time and time again about how terrible this place is from other people. Now looking for a place to place my son I would definitely not use it. One of the moms in my moms group said that she had her son here for 2 years and had to pull it out because the staff was lying to her about what her son was eating throughout the day, as well as giving certain childrens medication to other children. Honestly, I would go anywhere instead of here.

This center is simply amazing especially because of the center Director Sohani. She holds herself and her staff to high standards and cares of the children like if they were her own. I took my infant there and felt totally comfortable and at ease because I knew he would be taken care of. All centers should set high expectations to yield the same result.

Absolutely Love KinderCare and all the great staff as well. They have been trusted with my children since 2010 and I would not feel comfortable sending them anywhere else. Their all a close knit group (teachers). Definitely 10x better than Childrens Learning Adventure (tried there before-not the greatest).

The first rate is bs! Come on its coming from a parent who likes to go to "pussycats pole dance" besides shes giving kc a rate yet she hasnt been a parent of kc so why dont she just find something else to do other bash on a great center.
