I have had the worst experience in child care here. I have a little guy who is disabled and from almost day one we have had issues. The owner told me he was a burden to her staff and would not let the other babies rest, when I spoke with the director Andrea ( she is awesome at her job and needs to go somewhere they dont micro manage her) she thought perhaps a language barrier and smoothed things out for a short time. i was told when they sent home his outfit covered in poop in a bag they cant rinse them out. Ok. Went for a 10 hour day and at 6 months old Elizabeth did not have time to feed him she said ,so he had no lunch no snack only a 4 ounce bottle from 10AM to 5 Pm when he was picked up. When he was picked up last Friday they had been outside crawling all over when Elizabeth brought him and another little girl they were put in their high chairs and left with filthy hands and legs my problem was the filthy hands being put in their mouths. When I went to leave I had to ask if we could wash him up and did . I went to the owner Monday and was told well she wasnt in there and what did I want ,believe me her little girl does not have a hair out of place. Monday he ran a low fever from teething Charlie called and said it had been going up since noon when she finally called at 3 I asked if he had been given Tylenol she said they were not allowed I responded with I signed a slip and brought some in so she did give it to him. Tuesday same thing fever started at noon Charlie called at 3:10 and said it was 103.9 I panicked ran down to get him he was warm but not hot Charlie said we have no reason to lie to you would you like me to retake it I said yes it was 101 and she said he must have been moving around seriously how stupid does she think I am. Anyway she said he cant come back tomorrow. As soon as I can afford to move him he will not be there this is a horrible day care for us because he does have special needs and I have voiced all my concerns they defiantly want us to leave. He is a foster baby with disabilities and the state helps with some of the daycare cost but not all .At First to help them get up and runningthey didnt charge me the extra fees just accepted DCS payment but now I pay the difference and still have been treated poorly and defiantly will file a grievance with DDD . Im sure it will get worse once they see the review and know who it is because he is still there until I can locate a new daycare . Only gave it one star because it wont let you give none. Although the morning teacher Jennifer Post is amazing with him and spent most of the day until they cut her hours . Andrea the director is a great director if the owner would stay away and let her do her job! One day after posting an honest review they have given us a letter that they will be dis enrolling our 8 month old baby .. So much for free speech without repercussions. I wanted to write the review while he was still there so it wasnt looked at as a former unsatisfied client but someone willing to speak knowing I was taking a chance of him being expelled and he was..

My 3 year old has been here for 2 weeks and he loves it, I am so relieved to have found this place. He was in another daycare that just lacked all around he cried when I dropped him off, cried all day, hated going. The first day I dropped my son off at this facility no tears I pick him up and he tells me about how much fun he had today. He loves going to daycare now and I feel soo much better! I would recommend this place to anyone, I havent been coming here long but everyone is friendly and loving, you can tell the kids are happy to be there. The school is bright and clean and I have complete trust that my son is safe and taken care of. Not to mention the help they have given us with potty training! Its affordable, clean, safe, just all around amazing. Im so greatful to have found The Kids Academy!

I highly recommend "The Kids Academy". I have two boys in this school ages 4 and 2. This school is AWESOME. We just moved here from a small town. My kids were used to being watched by their grandparents, so this was a huge change for them. The teachers made it easy for kids to adjust to this new change. This was the first place to welcome us with open arms. Enrollment was easy; the teachers are trained and work well with the differences that both of my boys have. My four year old and two year olds vocabulary has drastically improved, plus I feel comfortable with my child getting ready for Kindergarten next year. My children come home and are excited about their day. Plus when I pick them up they are never ready to leave. Great school reasonably priced and they make you feel like family!!

My 18 month old son has been attending The KIDS Academy for almost four months now and I could not be happier with how things have been going. From the moment we walked through the doors, I knew this was the right place for us. Everything is clean and I personally witness them regularly disinfecting the toys and play area. Teachers are kind, professional, and really seem to care about the kids. In the short time my son has been attending, I have already noticed improvements in both his social skills and intelligence. You can really tell that the instructors have great communication skills and have been spending time with the children. Honestly, I cant speak more highly of this place. A definite go-to if youre looking for quality childcare.

My 2 year old son has has been going to The Kids Academy since June 2016. We love taking him to TKA! The facility is clean and has lots of options for learning minds. The staff is friendly, loves my child and communicates with me at drop off and pick up both verbally and through written communication of his day. Over the last few months the facility has has continued to add options for parents and kids, including special classes, art projects each day, a specific schedule, parties for holidays, and other small touches such as posting family pictures. My son is happy and cared for and it eases my mind every day when I head to work--making my balance as a working mom complete! Thank you TKA!

The Kids Academy is AMAZING! My daughter is 1 and has been at TKA for 4 weeks. She loves going to school every day, loves not only her teachers but all staff members, and is always happy when I pick her up. The owner, director and teachers have done a great job of making us feel welcomed and important. TKA even accommodates my daughter’s dietary needs, using her special milk to make her mashed potatoes. If you need a new daycare TKA is the place for you. You will not be disappointed.
