I will NEVER bring my kids nor will i recommed anyone to this daycare! Today would of been my daughters second day of school in the 3s class. Let me start by saying my daughters first day when i went to drop her off the teacher who was in her class yesterday did not even know she was going to be in her class and i know that because i asked her if they told her that my daughter was going to start. Today 3/22/2017 i went and dopeed my daughter off in her class. the teacher from the day before was not in that class. Right off thr bat i did not like the vibe and attitude the teachers gave me. i kissed my daugher and told her i would see her in alittle bit. As soon as i got to the front office i started watching the cameras becuase i felt that uncomfortable leaving my daughter. The first thing i witnessed was an older teacher watching the 3s kids rip a toy out of a little girs had (they were ouside at this point) the overall interacton with the kids was horrible you could tell they were just there because that was there job and they need a paycheck. I kept watching the cameras wuth a gut feeling i was going to see something and i sure did. the other 3s teacher (i dont know her name bc this was our second day and i didnt see her in there yesterday) took 3 or 4 kids to the bathroom, two kids came out and the teacher came out and im assuming asked them to return to the bathroom (there is no sound on the cameras) a few seconds later a litte boy came out and again the teacher came out, she grabbed the little boy by the middle of the forearm and said something (the little boy did not jerk back throw a fit or anthing like that) when the little boy didnt respond or go back like im guessing she asked she jerked him backwards by the arm to where his whole body got jerked!! they both went into the bathroom and i stood there in shock and ran to go get my daughter as i ran to her that same teacher was then taking her and another student to the bathroom i firmly told my daughter to come here and i got her and we went into the front office. I then called Mrs. Roxanne into the office and began telling her what i saw, who it was and that i didnt like or trust her as m daughters teacher. she just stared and me with what i felt was a non carring demenor and just said "ill look at the tapes". i then left with y daughter and then realised i forgot her extra clothes and water bottle i didnt even go bac and get THAT!!! i want nothing to do with this Sunrise preschool and i can only hope whoevers son that was is told about the incident and they can take the next step!!! The one thing Mrs Roxanne did do is tell the lady above her about the incident and not it is being investigated. i hope they take this matter seriously and REALLY look into whats going on here becuase im sure thats not the only incident that has happen.. is was just the one the i caught on the cameras. PARENTS becarful who you leave your children with and take the time to observe off and on when and wherever you leave your children!!! im so sad for that little boy and i still cant believe what i saw and i will never go to a preschool again!

All the reviews from "A Google User" are written the exact same way, using the same verbiage. A little weary of that. However my son has been attending for about a month and I enjoy his teachers. They talk to me about everything that happens with him. Sometimes they arent detailed on the reports they send home, but as soon as I have questions, the director is willing to call any staff that was around my child, so they definitely make me feel comfortable. My son, Dom, is so happy every time I drop him off and pick him up. I would recommend it, for now. And there are security cameras that can be reviewed at any point in time.

At first it was nice, my 2 year old was happy to go there. Then not even2weeks later this lady that works there thought it was a good idea to smack my daughters hand. She must have thought because she was 2 years old she wasnt going to say anything, she was mistaken. The worst part is the administrators didnt really care to find out what happened. I had to call them and find out what they were doing about it. I would not recommend this place, they are shady and just want your money. Sad because there are a couple lasts there that care, but I would have felt different had they fired the woman who hit my daughter.

I love my daughters teachers and you can tell by the care she gets that they love her too. Her classroom is full of toys and activities that help her meet and exceed all of her developmental milestones. They work with her on tasks she needs help with. They interact with and encourage her. Their communication with me on her daily activities is detailed. I could not feel more confident and secure in knowing she is in a safe and loving environment while Im at work.

I called to enroll my kids in this place, the first thing the lady asked me was what schedule we would need. I let them know my wife works at a hospital so she would work weekends and we wouldnt need 5 days a week everyday. The first thing she said was "that wont work with our schedule, I only have 1 spot available so they would need to be consistent" so much for wanting to enroll my kids there.

I love my Sunrise. My daughters teachers Cecelia and Sabrina are fantastic. She loves them and you can see they love her. Her classroom is bright, colorful and full of activities to help her learn. I recently moved and I drive 20 miles each way to keep my daughter in this school.

This is one of the best schools ever. My daughter has been coming here since she was one year old and she is five now and still attending, Ive never had any complaints. The staff makes me and my daughter right at home. Thank you to everyone.

It was a lot easier leaving here than I expected because I knew she was in good hands. All the teachers made me feel comfortable. I appreciate that I can stop in and see her whenever I want. Also, I loved the art projects they did with her.

We have gone to Sunrise for 4 1/2 years and love, love, love the staff and the school. I would highly recommend Sunrise Tolleson to any parent looking for a quality daycare and preschool. My boys have learned so much from here and we love it.

There is no doubt in my mind, five stars. The teachers are amazing and the director is outstanding. My son talks about school all the time and he learns so much every single day. This location is definitely a place I recommend to everyone.

I truly believe that Sunrise preschools is a great school and a safe place for my children. All staff is friendly and trustworthy. I love the new assistant director Elizabeth, she is a great person and always willing to help.
