Great vibe and amazing customer service. The facility is very well maintained and clean. There is always a welcoming smile to greet you as soon as you walk in. Morgan was an extreme delight. She was full of great energy and was determined to make my experience as enjoyable as possible. Even during the hair washing she cared enough to put me in a trance with her head massaging. Her talents will take her far so I suggest getting to her while you can. Keep a heads up also for she is in cosmetology training to provide facials at the spa. From experiencing her head massages, I can only imagine how luxurious her facials will be. The pricing was very fair, especially for the customer service received. Upon arrival I was not only uplifted by those behind the service desk, but they offered water which was a pleasant surprise to me. This is a great hole in the wall. I think the only reason it is not more popular is because it is a little meshed in with the rest of the plaza..but then again, this makes it convenient if you are looking to get all of your outing activities done in one location.

REALLY HORRIBLE experience at this salon - my daughter had an appt with a senior stylist confirmed, in writing, and they booked over it. They had 2 other people work on her "specialty down do" and one of them had no idea how to use salon equipment. They BURNED her ear and damaged her hair by putting it through a professional flat iron 3 times. The style looked good from the front but was a rats nest of bobby pins in the back. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL in the way they treat clients, use equipment and an unprofessional result too!

I received a Christmas gift I will never use and went in to the location in Ahwatukee, AZ for a store credit since I did not have a receipt. The General Manager told me I had to get the receipt from the person who gave me the gift in order to receive any credit. The item was clearly from Beauty Brands, it is an item only sold at their store. How do you ask someone you gave you a gift for the receipt, I think that is a terrible policy especially this time of year. I will never shop at Beauty Brands again!!

I didnt want layers oh well, better luck next year when it grows out. He was nice guy, but clueless. For a guy from Colorado, if you want an old time "shag" hair style, he is your man. It must be his signature style. If you want a "mullet" I bet he can cut your hair like that as well.

I have been getting my haircut here for about 4 years now. My stylist is Jen Brandt. I personally know people who have had cuts from the other stylists here and were not satisfied and angry with the turn out. If you want a perfect cut and/or color, go to Jen! She is the best!
