Unfortunately, I was a walk-in and asked for a trim and because my hair is wavy when it was dried it was hard to tell how bad the cut was. It wasnt until the next day when I did my normal drying and styling that you could see how badly it was cut (chopped, not even, not blended, not face framed nor smooth cuts). I ended up going to my normal salon days later and had them correct the issues; however one side that was supposed to be framed was completely just chopped bluntly back, they couldnt do anything with it or it wouldve made it worse. Now, Ill have to wait for it to grow back before it can be blended and framed in. Normally, Id just not return to that place of business again that I had a bad experience; but, my normal hairdresser and her manager saw how bad my hair was and they even suggested I return to show the salons manager that I needed a correction and to get a refund. So, I returned and the manager (I assume) and I spoke and I asked for a refund and I showed her the receipt for the correction and her response was that the lady that cut my hair has never had a complaint or come back (yeah, because they all probably are all like me and just dont return). Then the hairdresser came out and started calling me a liar and she didnt mess anything up, even though the manager and I were talking calmly and she was refunding my money, the manager didnt stop the yelling or say anything. I told them both that my normal salon suggested that the manager call my normal hairdresser and shed explain what had to be corrected, so it wasnt just my word agaisnt theirs. They didnt want any of that. I also had pictures, they didnt want that. So I thanked the manager for the refund and left. Once getting into my car, the hairdresser then came out into the parking lot, still holding the salon door, cursing at me, telling me I was a ghetto B**** and saying other things, all over a trim. Instead of a professional, adult, who should have when first hearing about this should have said something to the effect of, Im sorry youre unhappy, is there anything we can do to fix this, or can I take a look at it, etc... instead of yelling at every chance (when no other person ever raised their voice or had an unhappy tone). This place was dead quiet with business and this should have been my sign not to just stop by outside my normal salon because I needed a trim. Very unprofessional and I regret ever stopping in, especially now as I wait for this chunk of hair to grow to match the other hair!

Over priced and they are not even good. Ended up doing my own make up! The lady basically charged me 40$ for make up and it was not good at all very disappointed. Also I had scheduled an appointment and they didnt even know I was coming. The stylist was like 45 min late. Very unprofessional do NOT come here!!!!!!!!!

Very knowledgeable & friendly staff and students, great with kids of all ages and Best of all, They offer permanent cosmetics, eyelash extensions, body peircings, permanet tattoos all nail enhancements and all hair care, colors, cuts, updues and plenty more. They have been in the industry for 30 years.

They only speak english there, I think you have the place confused with the salon next to it. The salon in the house. They do excellent work, Ive been going here for years. love the place. I continuously receive my perms from twin shears. Even a student has done my perm and they did great.

I asked for a discount and they did. Then I looked at my bank statement and they doubled the price. They are thieves, if you go only pay cash!!! Better Business Burro please investigate these guys.
