Hey everyone I am a newer stylist here at Her Alibi. If I never would have met my coworker Tara in beauty school I wouldnt be where I am today. (Cosmetologist) Shawn, Ashley, Tara, Jenna (myself), Denise (nail tech) and Kolti (masseuse) We all are a great group of girls! We support each other, always promoting one another. Its a fun/laid back atmosphere. We all joke around and have fun with each other. We all have completely different personalities but work so well together. The advance stylist are always so willing to help/reassure any doubt us newer Cosmetologist may have. I have always been about making my clients feel tranquil. Relaxed. I like to crack a lot of jokes and just try to ease any anxiety, concerns, and unfortunate past salon visits. I love to mix it up; such as Women who have curly hair I often try to offer to straighten it and those who have straight hair give them some curls. As for men. Offer product or maybe a new style. I want my clients to leave happier then when they came in. IF for some reason you left unsatisfied with your service we offer a 10 day grace period and fix it for free. Also maybe try a different Cosmetologist. We alI have our different favorite services; one may be stronger in waxing brows but anotherat cutting hair. We always strive to keep our clients within the salon, no matter what Cosmetologist/ Nail Tech/ or Masseuse you see as long as you give us all a chance. I absolutely love my job and all the people I work with. I never dread coming to work and thats not something a lot of people can say!! Also a huge THANK YOU to all the clients who have given me the chance to pamper them! I wouldnt be where I am without any of you!

I went to the salon for manicure and pedicure. After waiting for ten minutes, I was ushered intot the pedi room where I sat soaking my feet for 40 minutes. The water was cold by the time the technician came in. My feet were so wrinkled, that it was impossible to do any scrubbing to help remove rough patches. During the entire process, the technician talked rudely about the other customers and it made me wonder what would be said about me as I left. The paint job was not done well (the tehcnician was trying to hurry so that the next customer would not have to wait as long as I did) and I removed it the following day because of the sloppy job that was done. I was not impressed. For the $ I spent, I expected more and will be taking my business elsewhere. The lack of profesionalism was appalling. I will not be returning to this salon and urge other customers to stay away as well.

I just want to say how unbelievably thankful I am for Jenna! The stylist that I originally made an appointment with was unable to make my appointment for unforseen reasons. Jenna stayed late, past closing, just to get me in since I am heading out of town in the morning. My hair turned out amazing, and I have never been happier walking out of a salon than I was tonight! I have finally found a hairdresser to stick with, and to top it off she has a great sense of humor! I would recommend her to anyone, and cant wait to go back! Thanks again, Jenna! You are awesome!!!

The service here is always exceptional! I get the mens cut and style, so that they wash my hair before I leave to get out all of the little hair chunks. I have been to other hair places in town and paid about the same as what I pay at Her Alibi, but none of them have come close to the service and the quality haircut that I get here. They are usually very busy, so its best to plan ahead when calling for an appointment. They do not take walk-ins so you may not be able to get something on the same day, but it is totally worth waiting for a haircut from Her Alibi.

If the people below had voiced concerns to the manager or owner they would have made it right. I understand salons get hectic and sometimes I may wait 15 minutes for my appt. (still better than a doctors office!) but it is worth the wait for quality. I see Denise for my nails and Ashley for my hair. Both always provide excellent customer service and my hair and nails look great! (im always getting conpliments and sending my friends to them) All the other staff members are always friendly and accomodating as well. I look forward to the time I spend there!

I absolutly love this salon! I have been going here for a number of years and will never go anywhere else. I have had many different services done by Ashley G and she is great, from my amazing cuts and colors to getting waxed. If you have ever had a bad experience with any type of wax service (like I have) give Ashley a call because she is very professional and will not disappoint. I no longer hate wax appoiments because I get waxed by the best!!!! Thank you Her Alibi for always giving my family and I such amazing service that keeps us coming back!

Love the hair and waxing services I receive from Ashley H and wouldnt go anywhere else! I am 6 months pregnant and was in need of a massage (BADLY) I was a little apprehensive to go to a male because I didnt want him to see me in all of my pregnant glory but Ashley reassured me that it would be OK and to just give it a try. I will say Koltan did an AMAZING job! He made me feel very comfortable and worked out a knot that has been bothering me for weeks. I now will not go to anyone else. Thank you for the great customer service!

Had a terribly hurried and sloppy manicure at Her Alibi. The polish was way thick and goopy so instead of opening a new bottle the technician poured thinner into it. She only applied one disgustingly thick coat of color. A two year old could have given a better manicure. The result was a lumpy mess with color all over my cuticles. Also thought most of the staff were unprofessional, constantly interrupting clients services. Spend your money somewhere else!

I have been getting pedicures and manicures at Her Alibi for about 1/2 a year now. I am always very pleased with the finished result and I love the people who work there. I do not know why the other two customers had such a horrible experince but Im sure if they would have told the manager, the manager would have fixed the problem for them.

I absolutely love the service I receive! From hair to waxing I have had 100% happiness and great results. I never have wait and sit for eons and making an appointment is hassle free! Did I mention they make you feel like a person instead of a number!? Best place in Helena Montana! Love them so much I have my mom and sister in law hooked!

After almost a year as a client, I received the worst haircut EVER!. Rushed through the appointment, didnt care, didnt LISTEN. Did exactly what I asked her NOT TO DO. Prices change from appointment to appointment. The salon is like a room in a warehouse. Could have lived with that if the service had delivered. Avoid this place.
