I really wish I could give this place 5 stars. I absolutely loved my hairstyle and the stylist who did it was a doll and very strait forward and professional. However, the attitude I receive whenever I call the salon and unprofessionalism over the phone has made me reconsider returning. I called and left a message requesting a call back for pedi & eyebrows... two days go by... no response.... I called again, only to have a girl who seemed bothered I was asking speak to me, then she just handed me off the number of the nail tech... didnt inquire any further... It was pretty much the same experience when I called for my hair prior to this. Also, I let them know their website is nonfunctioning and apparently that still has not been repaired. I am not someone who expects to have their feet kissed but I paid a lot of money there and even wanted to return to spend more money but the connection with the public and the rude, snide attitude of whoever answers the phone has made me change my mind. Its 2017, get on board with your phones/website and let the people who answer the phone know their making your salon come across as unbecoming. Sigh...

Says walk-ins are welcome. I didnt feel very welcome. No-one greeted me when I walked in the door, so I sat on the couch and waited patiently. About 5 mins later, a mother and a teenager came and said they didnt have an appointment and immediately, one of the girls sitting at a booth (whom I assumed was just waiting to get her hair cut) stood up and told them she could cut his hair right then. So I found another person and she went in the back to check appointments and came out and said they were booked for the day and told me good luck... Really? Ha

I walked into an appointment with Brooke not really knowing what I wanted or what would look the best on me. She was able to create a great color and cut for me that I loved, and she took the time to explain everything she was doing to my hair. I didnt feel rushed and she was willing to put in the time it took to get the perfect color for me! Shes super personable and is an all around sweet, talented person!

I love this salon. I travel quite a bit for work so Im always on the look-out for a great place for blow-outs in each city. Ive been here twice and both times the staff was friendly, on time and really listened to what I wanted. And both times I was super happy with the results. I just booked my third appointment and the sweet girl who answered the phone totally worked with my schedule. Thank you!

Crazy Beautiful is an AWESOME Salon! I have been going there since it opened. Justin is the best! He is so good at color and I always get a ton of compliments when I change my hair. Even when Im not sure what I want to do with it he always has suggestions and my hair always turns out great!!

JP is "hands down" an expert in styling, cutting and color! You have finally found the place for all of your styling needs. Styling, cutting AND especially color, which I have always found to be difficult. He listened to what I wanted and delivered! My search is over!!!

Kayleen is the only person I trust to do my eyebrows. Every time she keeps them full and precise. I always leave with the perfect brows. I wont go to anyone else. Next time I go in we are tinting my super blonde lashes! :)
