I decided to try someplace new for a pedicure and stumbled upon the Tonsorial Parlor. Bad decision! I just received the worst salon experience - my feet actually look worse than when I arrived. Their selection of nail polish is very small (they didnt even have clear as an alternative to the few horrid colors they did have) and apparently outdated (you know polish is too old when its thick and chunky). The girl that performed the service may have been new or just incompetent. Either way, I strongly advise you to go to a different salon! She wouldnt remove the callouses on my heels, was too timid with the nail file to even out my toes, just slopped on the nail polish so thick that it still wasnt completely dry and smudged 5 hours later. And to top it all off, it was also the most I have ever paid for a pedicure. For your own sake, go somewhere else!

Sandy cut my hair. I talked with her on the phone about what I wanted and she seemed well experienced and capable. She cut my hair about 6 inches shorter than the picture I brought in and showed her repeatedly during the cut. Also, she gave me an old lady short hair cut. Very disappointed. Im going somewhere else to get it fixed. She was super nice though, and the place is clean, so I give it 2 stars instead of 1.

I have gone to Tonsorial for over a year now. I am a busy mom and sometimes have to walk in because I dont have much free time and they always accomodate me and make me feel welcome. I have gone to many of the stylist that work there and they are all amazing. they make it affordable to get pampered and do an incredible job. I LOVE TONSORIAL!

Ive been going to Tonsorial, specifically Monique, for longer than either one of us would like to admit. I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else. And my daughter, grandsons, niece and others go there now too from my referrals. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the service has no peer. I highly recommend Tonsorial.

Sloppy! highlights that look like I have 8 weeks of re growth the moment I left the salon. Despite that I gave them another try, that was a mistake. I left with the worst hair cut and color I have ever had, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they were rude and not willing to do anything to correct it.

I love Tonsorial! The ladies there are the fairy God Mothers of hair!! Ive been seeing Sandy for 17 years and I let her do whatever shes feeling like and I always come out looking great! Ive never left unhappy, this is the only place to go to get your hair done.

I have been going to this salon for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The stylists here are very experienced and make you feel right at home. I change my hair color often and they always get it just right. I would recommend this salon to anyone!

This salon was recommended to me by a relative. I went in to have my hair highlighted and it has never looked better! The stylists at this salon were all so nice. I loved the atmosphere. Go give them a try, you wont regret it!
