I made an appointment for this place and cleared half of my day from work to make it. I got there and waited about 15 minutes while they paged the person. I was then told that the person was not there, that she was away and forgot to check herself off in the book. I was offered nothing but an apology. Added to this, I had my husband drop me off and pick me up later. So I called him and at this point he was far away and had to come all the way back. This meant I had to wait 45 minutes in that place. I complained to the front desk -- something I NEVER do as I am a bit non-confrontational -- but I gathered the courage to do it after having been around for 45 minutes to stew about it. I got nothing but snotty excuses. I realize there is NOTHING you can do if everyone is booked, but at least offer me a discount or something. But the woman was downright rude instead. So I clear half my day, wait there 45 minutes and get nothing. I have never had service this bad at a salon or spa.

I was offered a discounted list of services. I paid the money up front and was SO excited to start my list and to see this "salon". They ask you to arrive 15 mins early so you can sit there and do nothing but wait for your hair stylist to get there 25 mins later. I also had them change my massage appointment time without my consent. Basically they call you and say you were scheduled incorrectly. (one of the times was a friday at 6:00, wondering if I could come in early that day because I was scheduled "wrong". Also, keep in mind these were scheduled at least a week in advance) This happened to me TWO more times when I tried to schedule a facial!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have two services left and I dont even want to go back because I know Ill get at least one phone call saying that I have to reschedule. Its a joke place. Seriously. Would never spend the money there ever again.

This place is incredible! The people here are very friendly and their atmosphere is beyond comfortable. Lisa is the one who did my hair and I loved her every second while I was here. She made me feel comfortable enough to trust her on how she did my hair and she did not disappoint! Very glad to be recommended to this place, as I do not know how anyone could have had a negative experience. Will be coming here from now on!

I love all the girls who have waxed my brows and cut my hair. My favorite is Kayla, but my schedule hasnt worked with hers lately, so I see whoever is available. They are always so helpful in answering all my dumb questions about hair tips. Great prices, and they can usually get me in pretty quickly.
