I was upset to find out that your best nail tech, Molly, started working from home. She was the reason i went there in the first place. I was also very angry to hear the other girls talk poorly of the owner and their clients that frequent there. And the only reason this place is getting one star is because there isnt an option for 0. That is why i wont be returning.

Walked in here for the first time and was ignored by staff who just kept talking among themselves ..just stared at me . So i walked out and heard one say as im out the door...um can i help you? Maybe they are rude or maybe they have zero professional skills or customer service experience. Oh and the place was empty. Go figure. Ill spend my $$ somewhere else.

I love love love Hotlines Beauty Supply!!! From buying hair and nail products to pampering myself. I absolutely love Cassie Wilcox and all the girls there. They are absolutely wonderful and always make me feel so special!!!

I had went and seen Mychelle. First time in this salon, fist time get gel nails. I did enjoy it. I like the way my nails came out. the staff were all very friendly to the customers and each other.
