I just cannot get over what a terrible experience I had at your salon. I came in to get individual eyelashes glued on my eyelashes...and Im pretty sure, about 99.99%, that the lady who put them on didnt know what the heck she was doing. (NOTE: By the way, if youre about to put your hands all over a customers face...maybe wash your hands first! If it is clean, great! But the customer doesnt knows that...) Not only that, its ridiculously overpriced! Its $25 everywhere else and you guys normally charge $55 but lucky me, I came in the right time for the monthly discount and was only charged $38...(which was better than $55) but for that price, I would imagine a technician who was professional and uh, duh..knew what they were doing! I would NOT have mind paying even $55 if you actually werent trying to rip me off! Not only that, you wouldnt even do a courtesy service of regluing the eyelashes if by any chance they come off within the next week. Its called customer service!!! Normally, these eyelashes last me 2 weeks no problem and sometimes even 3...but guess what happened today? Two has already come off! And youre reasoning was I didnt have enough eyelashes? Thats why I get this done and you know what? if you were run well, you would have somebody that knew how to properly put them on and also have the COURTESY to reglue them if they do come off within the week. DONT YOU THINK?? How badly run are you? Im sure thats why theres nobody at your salon. And Ill make sure everyone that I know takes there business somewhere else. P.S. And I still tipped you! Ah-mazing!

i took my son there for the first time and they ruined his hair. the ladys machine kept on getting hot like six times. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! sorry.
