Just wanna share a horror story with you all that turned out good. Went to Salon Bleu in Ogden where not only did they make my hair orange and blue and told me it looked great and how it was suppose to look, even though I went in wanting blonde, I was then told they were going to trim off my ends and continued to cut off 7 inches making my hair shoulder length, which I did not ask for. Rachel did my hair and should lose her license for she burned off my hair down to two inches from my scalp and got bleach all over my clothes and ruined them. And to make matters worse, when I asked for it to be fixed, Brian the manager told me I would have to go to another salon and continue to make me pay for the service. Crying and extremely upset, I called Fig Salon who was completely booked for the night and they told me to come in anyway and they would make it work. Every girl in there was helping with fixing my hair and I walked out with beautiful platinum hair that felt better then it did before all this happened. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone for no one will care more about your hair and how you feel and look then these girls. I can not thank you enough.

Just passing through from Mexico to Canada...in need of help. Not only did I get in on short notice, but Lisa tackled the challenge I presented head on. Desperately needing a color fix and hair cut she managed to do both with me loving the results. I have to admit most salons I visit I find myself heading straight home after wards to redo the style they leave me with, but not this case. I was very pleased and able to continue on with my day. The salon has incredible views of the mountain base and its interior ambiance equals that of an art gallery. If you replaced the salon chairs with casual seating its a place youd want to hang out all day with your favorite book and coffee. Way to go FIG SALON....excellent job!

Love, love, love Fig Salon! My hair always looks amazing and I get tons of compliments on it after. I have been going there for a long time and even make an hour drive from SLC just to go there because thats how fantastic my hair looks! The salon is cute and comfortable and the prices are very reasonable for the level of quality you get. The staff are fun and friendly and always up to date on current hair and nail trends. They have very reasonable prices on high quality products (and arent pushy about you buying them). Wouldnt trust my locks anywhere else!

Unprofessional staff. Chatting on your phone while you cut my hair on multiple calls (I could hear the conversation and it definitely wasnt urgent), showing another stylist an internet video while I wait in your chair, and gossiping about other stylists at your salon is not respectful. Worse yet, I walked away with a bad haircut even after pointing out that it was uneven. I think it helps if you pay attention to the what you are doing.... I always tip well and have had good haircuts in the past here, but Im done with the Fig.

I love Fig Salon and everyone who works there. I have been going to Fig (and Jackie) for about 7 years. I will never go anywhere else. The salon is beautiful and such a comfortable and fun environment. Jackie is extremely talented, hilarious (youll get a lot of entertainment while she makes you look good) and always does an amazing job.She always goes the extra mile and makes sure I absolutely love my hair.

Big shout out to Fig Salon in Ogden. My daughter went to Salon Bleu where they burn her hair down to 2 inches from her scalp and got bleach on her clothes and when she asked them to fix her blue and orange hair Brian told her to go to another salon to get it fixed. She found fig. Thank you ladies for drying the tears of a 17-year-old. Her hair looks fabulous!!

I second the recommendation for Jaclyn. She does a great job, is very kind, and she prices everything just right. Fig Salon itself is enjoyable to go to as well. The salt water fish tank is amazing!
