I agree with the woman below me. She doesnt deserve 1 star! I arrived at my first appointment just for her to tell me that she didnt have time because I had lashes from a previous set that she didnt want to work around. "I dont work over other peoples work" ... She said. So I rescheduled for the next night. I got there and when she started she said "oh, by the way its going to be an extra $20 for lash removal." I said "really, for 3 lashes" and she said the product was expensive so yes. At that point I just wanted lashes so I said fine. It literally took her 30 minutes to take 3 lashes off and I could here her huff every time she had to use more of her previous product to remove. Then she takes another 30 minutes to do my actual lashes... For a FULL SET!!! Thats normally at least a 1 1/2 to 2 hour process. I get fills that last an hour. She didnt a prickle job. They are on crooked and she placed them so far up it looks like a 2 week grow out! A 4 year old could have done a better job. I warn you dont go to this chick she is rude and will make you regret even walking through the door!!!!

Love this salon! The location is great and the salon is so welcoming in such a nice building. The owner, Rachael, was a pleasure to have working on my lashes. It is obvious she loves what she does and really cares about her clients. She suggests lashes based on her clients own lashes, so that they get what will look best on them. I went to her not know for sure what I wanted and she did a fabulous job explaining the procedure, how to take care of my lashes, and picked out a look I love and got lots of compliments on! I would highly recommend this lash salon to all of my friends and anyone looking for a positive personal experience.

I have been going to Rachael for lash extensions for over 2 years and she is the BEST! She is so sweet and has often times, stayed late or squeezed me in last minute with my crazy schedule. I have never had any issues with irritation or with my lashes falling out, because she is a pro! She is a one woman show, and you can really tell that she puts forth 100% effort. If you want lash extensions and youre in the biltmore area, book with Rachael!! You wont regret it and youll have beautiful lashes.

This is a warning, do not book! It is a waste of time and money. This business does not deserve one star. The girl who works here cancelled on me twice less than an hour before an appointment that was booked a month in advance. The last time she cancelled in person when I arrived. She is very rude and aggressive and blocked the door from me trying to leave. She is confrontational and had no customer service or people skills in general.

DO NOT BOOK !!! . Like others who have posted she has canceled on me 3 times the day off appointments using off the wall excuses . My lashes dont even look like they have extensions . even after she canceled 3 times she was still 20 minutes last to my appointment. The worst experience. Dont waste your money

Ive been going to Rachel for a year and a half now and she always makes my lashes so beautiful! I get so many compliments when Im not even wearing any makeup. Seriously so worth it, and Rachel is the best! She always works with my schedule and is super sweet. Highly recommend!
