Food is wonderful when they get it right. When the get it wrong i could die. Im severely allergic to cilantro. Ive done online orders before with no problem but tonight i placed my order and when picked up 1 of the 2 salads hand the rice i specifically said not to use.they fixed it there . i got home and the 2nd salad was wrong. I go back they refund my salads and tell me to get in line to have it remade. Really 8 people later im up to register and he starts taking people for online orders. This was supposed to be an easy dinner before surgery. By the time we got home the second time everything was cold and hard. That being told i will never do online ordering again. My husband doesnt ever want to return because of how i was treated..

This is the"bad" chipotle in the area. Food does not taste right, and I would know, as I worked at a chipotle in Ohio during college and know that it should not taste like that. They nearly failed a health inspection last month and that is very unacceptable, and makes me question why there food tastes weird even more. Ordered online once and got there exactly when my order said time for pick up. It was not done, and it was 3:15pm, nobody else was even in the restaurant ordering. That is around shift change in Ohio so they probably just dropped the ball, but still. A horrible chipotle, and I love chipotle.

Around 6:30pm, when I entered the store, the staff were so welcoming! I told he first girl what my order was and as she was preparing my food she kept me entertained by keeping great conversation with me.! Making me laugh I moved on to pay for my food when there I was greeted by the cashier, whom was also very kind. I went in to simply get my food and left with an even bigger smile on my face. Looking forward to getting food there again! (:

Like any other place, the experience will vary depending on traffic, hour visited, etc. However, more often than not, this Chipotle has had the most consistency in service and quality. I was deterred by Chipotle for a few hours but this location has really restored my faith. Highly recommend going here for the friendly staff and the great food! Keep it up yall!

Total waste of time using their online app, Ive tested it out 3 times now and every time it hasnt been ready at the time they told me it would be. Im not sure if they use this location as a training store or what the issue but tacos are always a complete mess and make for a very unenjoyable eating experience.

I love Mexican food, so I already like their food before I tried it, so beware of my opinion! The actual building is kinda dark, food is delicious, service is quick and nice. VERY FATTENING! Look at the menu paper near where you start ordering and just look at the calories role out! Overall good, will return!

My 2 year old cannot eat a whole burrito so I get a little less than half of my ingredients in a bowl or on the side... No big deal Ive never been charged extra money for this. So Im kind of upset and wont return to basically pay extra for my burrito to not receive anything extra.

Horrible service Order on line and they didnt give me what I order. I called to tell them and they proceeded to tell me it was entirely my fault and I could take my business elsewelsewhere. I dont recommend this place to anyone!

Ate at this location 2-3 times per month. Just saw they got a D on their health inspection. I will be going elsewhere, I suggest you do to. Complete lack of respect for customers when you blatantly ignore simple protocols.

Consistency is probably the best way to explain this location. As well as great service, they always provide a smile with their product. This location keeps the lunch crew stacked.

This location is very busy during the peak hour of lunch. But even when it is like this, the line still moves at a steady pace. They are very consistent and friendly.

A good Chipotle location. Gets very busy very quickly at lunch time given its proximity to American Express across the street. If youre coming for lunch, come early.
