Everything was good today until we saw an employee named Chris help another employee with taking out the trash. We watched him hold open the door, and play on his phone, then go inside to make another sandwich all without ever washing his hands or changing his gloves. Not sure if he help the other employee dump the trash but if he did it would be disqusting. My fiance went in to tell the manager and all she told him was to change his gloves (never once told him to wash his hands or to throw away the bread and start over on the costomers sandwich he had started to make) then the employee (Chris) even have the nerve to ask why. REALLY captian obvious you really need to kmow WHY?

So awesome, Id leave 10 stars if I could. Came in right before closing and the crew was genuinely happy to see us. The place was meticulously clean and it just felt good walking in. The food was absolutely amazing. It was perfect in every way, the bread was so fresh, it was unbelievable. My sandwich was obviously put together by someone who wanted it perfect for me. Mission accomplished! This will be where I go when I want a sandwich. Cant wait to try the rest of the menu. I got a big smile and thanks for coming in as I walked out. Quite simply, this is how its done. Thanks!

Always fresh, hot, and made to order. Wish they could deliver to my current address. Im a bit bummed, but the food is always worth every cent. Great, locations.... Always with a smile. It has been a while since we visited the Glendale, AZ Firehouse Subs location due to several issues with our orders. We decided to give it another try...BAD IDEA prices went up...quality went down. We paid over $32 for pretty much just bread, mayo and a squirt of bbq sauce..?? Hey Firehouse...WHERES THE MEAT??? WOW!! Will we be back again....NO!!

Courteous and attentive staff. I like that my sandwich is brought to me at the table. Would have given this location 5 stars if they had cold sandwiches on the menu. My sandwich was good, though, and I would highly recommend Firehouse as the place to go for a sandwich.

I had the best experience and delicious food at the FireHouse Sub yesterday. I didnt see exactly what I wanted on the menu and they told me they would fix me a sub with what ever I wanted on it. I had the best ham roast beef tomato onion and provolone cheese sub, ever.

called to place an order at 845pm and was told that I couldnt order because they were closing in ten minutes. for a time challenged working professional who was hungry I give a big FU to the child answering the phone who didnt want to do his job

Ignore the butthurt 1/5 reviews. The subs here are top-notch! Subway doesnt even come close in terms of quality and taste! I havent had any issues with the staff, theyve been nothing but good to me. Plus, their soda machine is pretty neat, too!

Firehouse produces a much superior product than most other sandwich chains around. Im looking at you Subway. Sure you pay a little more but its so worth it! Plus the chain gives back to the firefighters in the community which is a huge win!

The Italian sub is amazing. Lots of meat.,... I get a little extra Italian dressing on it. My next visit I may need to try the Italian dressing on a salad. But this is one of the best Italian dressing ever had and subs.

Pricewise, Firehouse is a dollar or two more than Id expect to pay in a sub shop like this-and theyre certainly not making health food-but all this is explained and forgiven when you bite into your meal. Delicious!

I wish I could leave negative star reviews. Drink area and dining area were filthy. No one in the place mid afternoon on a saturday.Got my food to go only to get home and find 2 over priced mistakes. Never again!!

A great quality sandwich at a good price. They have a nice variety of sandwiches. They also have the Coke Freestyle machine which I love. The Firehouse app is a great way to get free sandwiches as well.

Forget all of those other subs out there cuz once youve had their Beef & Cheddar Brisket you wont wanna go anywhere else for a sub. Dont forget to show em some I.D. on your birthday...

Dine in. The subs are best when you eat them there and they are hot. The meats taste sweet. They have great service. The prices are a little high for subs.

I love firehouse. They steam the meat on all of their subs which adds a unique hot sandwich taste to a normally regular sandwich.
