Love love love the food, that is never a problem at any Chick-fil-a I go to, the problem with this particular location is how slow and poor the service is. I know that for better quality fast food, it is going to take a bit longer than other places, but when there is only one car in front of me, early in the morning, I shouldnt have to wait 20 minutes to see the person in front of me get their food, and then wait another 10 for my food. And then I pull up to the window, and the attitude I get from the employee is that I am inconvincing them. Thats a little crazy. Im willing to wait and pay for good food, but I expect customer service, at the very least.

I watched a video on you of your chicken suppliers and the absolute savage and barbaric treatment of chickens. They are butchered ,thrown causing broken wings and legs while still alive and scalded to death with boiling oil. Shame on you for not adopting a cruelty free and humane practices. The synthetic chemicals and growth hormones that they are exposed to which many have been known to cause blood cancers and tumors in humans. I will never eat at chick filet again after watching video. If anyone else would like to watch the undercover investigation go to MERCY FOR ANIMALS. PLEASE VIDEO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.

I should have posted this years ago. My husband was placed in ICU at John c Lincoln. I had not left his side for days. We ordered for chick-fil-a and I picked up the order quickly drove it home to our kids and the order was not correct. I was already back to hospital when the kids call to tell me thing where missing. I could not leave the hospital again in fear that my husband would pass away without me my his side. I call the manager Jeff who drove the order to my house and gave it to my children. I was speechless. Thank you Jeff. Its a few years late but you touched our hearts that day. Your amazing.

I dont have Chick-Fil-A often but Ive had it enough to get a sense of the consistency of the chain. Tonights visit was good but flawed. Several of the waffle fries were SO fried that they were brittle. Even larger ones. Even the chicken for the sandwich was over-fried. Neither was enough to ruin the meal for me but when all youre supposed to serve is a really good chicken sandwich and famous waffle fries, you owe it to the chain to do it the way it should be done. Overall not a bad visit but not my best either.

I have visited this location 5 times since I have moved and the last 2 times I bought 4 meals all large, when i got home I noticed all 4 fries were short, at mid level but yet i paid full price. i complained on their website and an email was sent to me stating that these restaurants are individually owned and that it would be forwarded and i would be contacted. never heard from the manager. I will not be going back to this place

Ive eaten here many times and Im almost always impressed with their quality, service, cleanliness and value. Their ingredients taste worth the cost, the low wait time in the drive-thru (most important) is usually quick, when I eat inside everything is clean and I end up paying the same as McDonalds now making it valuable to me. Other fast food restaurants should use this store as an example (but they wont).

Some of the poorest customer service I have ever received at a chick fil a. Placed an order on the app and the order said it was done and that it would be chick fil a pleasure to bring it out to the car. 15 minutes later I had to go in and get the food and it was stone cold. Why do I need to get my order when its told that it would be brought out to me? What a waste of 33 dollars.

We frequent this Chick-fil-A and every time we get a friendly smile, great service, and clean tables. Nearly every time weve been there, police and firefighters have also been there which gives you that sense of security. This place it top rate with a playplace that is enclosed by glass. Ive always loved Chick-fil-A and this location delivers!

There have been at least 4 incidents of them getting our orders wrong when going drive through. The Restaurant manager showed no empathy and took no ownership of making the mistakes and in fact she was condescending. There service may be wrong but they are always right about saying "its my pleasure". Very disappointed.... Two thumbs down!

Do you want to know why people complain about you making 10 bucks an hour. Because i say "yes i want pickles on my sandwhich" and then you repeat back "ok with pickles" and yet my sandwich...has no pickles. You get paid a little less than teachers do. And teachers have a very big responsibility. But you cant remember pickles.

These people just let me sit outside for 20 min. And wouldnt even open the doors even 5 minutes early. That is not what I call customer service!! And it was actually just after 630 even before they opened the doors. Im sorry but if you know someone was waiting for that long at least open 5 minutes early.

Whoever is working the drive thru window right now (8/2 at noon) is an absolute idiot. He listed about 6 different orders before getting mine right, and kept asking for payment after I already paid. Then he told me my honey mustards were in the bag, and never actually put them in there. Fire him.

The staff always has a great attitude and great customer service. This place is usually packed but they keep people moving smoothly, Ive not waited more than a minute or so to get my order taken and a few minutes to get the food. Their foods always good and hot, the chicken soup rocks!

As with every other Chick-fil-A location Ive visited, this one is clean, fast, friendly, and they always get my order right. No pickles! (Its important because pickle juice is invasive--picking them off isnt sufficient.) Even when they get huge lines, they handle it well.

Our order was messed up and they literally drove out to our apartment to personally hand us a replacement meal... This is probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever seen(especially for fast food??). Highly commend and recommend this location!

My kids enjoy this Chick-fil-a and are always bummed when they want to go on Sundays. The playground is clean and open; there are plenty of tables to accommodate the 5 in our tribe; the food is great and up to standards; the staff is friendly and helpful.

Pretty solid Chick-fil-a location. The staff are fun and drop "my pleasure" on u like its the hottest saying since "may i help you". Also, serve up some super hot #1s here. Burnt my mouth once like "OHH"
