Avoid. No joke, worst haircut I have ever gotten. When I walked in it was empty during normally busy hours, no surprise there. There were several barbers and one stood up with a loud sigh of exasperation. He seemed so unhappy and almost angry. First thing he says to me after I sit down is "do you have gel in your hair, it is so greasy." I had used gel earlier that morning that was wearing off but what a rude thing to say to a customer. Gel doesnt make your hair greasy anyway and I take a shower with shampoo/conditioner every morning, my hair is certainly not greasy. Total nonsense. He rushes through the service, at one point just pulls out a hot towel and throws it over my head. I guess this is part of their full service but no warning or anything, it was almost comical. Very rough to the point where I started to feel like I should say something. First time in my life I have never tipped for a haircut and I was really considering chewing him out for how bad his service was. Plus $21 for a quick trim is a bit high in this area. I will never go there again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to do the same. This was really really bad service and the owner should be embarrassed and ashamed.

This place is fantastic. Outstanding service. It doesnt matter whose chair you sit in youll get a great cut. And if youve never had a shave by a barber before, do it, you wont regret it. I didnt realize how smooth my face could be. They dont take appointments on weekends but do on weekdays, which works great for me as my office is close by.

Mike, is the best barber Ive ever worked with. The cost is affordable and you get the experience of an actual barbershop not a franchise. He is passionate about cutting hair and he takes his time to make sure the customer is happy. Ive lived across the country and Ive made sure to see Mike for my cuts. GO SEE THEM! You will not regret it!

Worst haircut ever. Pls avoid. She did not use scissors, when i explicitly told her to trim on the top using scissors. Seems she doesnt understand much. On top of it, when i told that she had cut too short, her reply was "u dont have much hair and showing me the amount of hair she had cut". Also, the cut was uneven at most places.

Terrible experience - took my young adult son here for a beard trim. After two-minutes with clippers, the barber left my son with an uneven, badly shaped beard and half his mustache cut off. Careless, careless barber. For someone who is passionate about his facial hair, it was an EXTREMELY upsetting experience.

I asked for a specific haircut with five photos and she failed horribly. Worst haircut experience of my life. The front is WAY to short so are the sides! It seems that she just did her own thing without even considering what I asked for. Extremely unhappy.

Damn, I looked sharp after i hit this place! I walked in and told the barber to do what he thought looked good. Best barber in scottsdale by far, and they have the whole hot towel - straight razor experience for a non-paradise valley price ;)

I just moved into the area and found this place and glad I did. I have had my haircut by 3 or 4 different barbers that work there on a regular basis and have yet to receive a bad cut. This will be my goto place for a long time.

Terrible job. I paid 10 bucks for a beard trim and it took him like 3 minutes to finish. He left it uneven and my moustache is half gone on one side. I will never go back and will be asking for a refund.
