They are supposed to close at 5pm But I called them at 4:19pm and asked them what time they close & they told me they close at 4:30pm I dont understand why they do that when they are supposed to close at the time they are scheduled to close. If they have to go home early for whatever reason that is not the costumers problem but in a lot of cases most of the barbers just want to go home since they are just lazy & dont want to work no more. The owner of this place needs to fix this its not fair, I get off work at 4pm & cant even get a hair cut cuz they now close at 4:30 ridiculous. They need to fix this asap.

RUDE AND RACIST. Will NEVER recommend this place. Sent my brother in there for a haircut (he is black), no one spoke to him or greeted him. There was a lady who was open but he chose to wait for a male barber. One of the male barbers spoke up and asked "well.. who are you gonna wait for?!" Not knowing anyone he said "i dont know, how long do you have?" he replied by saying it would be a while, basically advising him not to wait. Horrible customer service and make my brother feel very uncomfortable and ended up leaving. Clearly, they favor their MEXICAN clientele only. This place is stupid.

I usually go to franks barber shop at az mills mall, but wow this palce is way better than anyother, yes the staff may be not so good in english speaking but they sure do good fades, I was very satisfied with my first visit, I will defenetly be going there often. The wait time is the only thing that sucks but overall if u want a good fade,taper, line up, shave this is the way to go!

I waited over three hours to get a haircut by a specific barber and at the end of the day they didnt even cut my hair all they had to say was sorry bro and I feel like they did that because I wasnt Mexican and I been going over to this place over ten years they dont have loyalty to there customers.

Guy with the scar on the side of his head has no idea what he is doing! Asked for a typical Comb over look & ended up looking like a shaved roaster! But did come out with some hair left.... BEWARE OF THE GUY WITH THE SCARE ON HIS HEAD!!! P.S. He bought his barber certificate in the back of an ally!

I asked for one inch off the top, and he left me with only one inch left. The skills used were horrible with constant redoing of the same areas and unexpected pressure around the ears. I will not be returning nor recommending it to anyone. Everything was cut way to short.

Been going here for about 15 years just a good now as they were then. The wait times are only bad obviously if its the weekend and if youre waiting for a specific barber (I.E. Laz) all cuts are hot! Why else u think I been going here for so long. Always will be my spot

This is a pretty good barbershop, Ive been going there for about 2 years. My favorite barbers are Leo and Las, but I hear they arent even there anymore. I believe they got there own shop on 16st and McDowell- LAZ BARBERSHOP. I may go check them out.
