All the companies that Express works with and represent are sleazy companies that have a hard time finding employees in the first place because they have terrible work environments, poor salaries, little to no benefits, and terrible management that treats all employees like garbage. I have visited a few Express Employment agencies in both Illinois and Arizona and Express Employment represents the lowest end of companies for any industry. If you are looking for a real job in Maintenance, visit either a specialty technical staffing firm, or find a position with direct placement. During my assignment as a contractor through Express, the company that I worked at basically discriminated towards me and harassed me during work, and when I spoke up for the unfair treatment, I was immediately fired since I was a temp. The recruiter at Express didnt even make an effort to hear my side of the story or try to help me find another job. Unfair treatment and very unprofessional service towards their workforce.

A FAR cry from the little commercial they put up online that is meant to entice job seekers (yea, the one where the girl [clearly an ACTRESS] is bragging about how they supposedly found her a job in less than 24 hours)... Very rude when you reach out to them (even though ALL of their postings specifically tell you to contact their office after submitting your resume). You submit your resume then call them only to have them answer & act clueless about the position they posted (literally telling you that they have nothing available just to get you off the phone [unless youre a stickler who asks questions & doesnt give up easily])... Then they give you this "dont call us, well call you" line that is so unprofessional. Just rude, wouldnt recommend them at all. #1 reason why many people stick with known/reputable staffing agencies who treat you like a person instead of treating you like trash.

Express treated me with respect and all the agents that I had the pleasure of interacting with were very professional. I appreciate that they took their time and effort to help me and place me on a job assignment; that later on transitioned to permanent. I would like to thank everyone at Express, especially Daria. Daria stuck her neck out for me and if it were not for a leap of her faith in me, I would still be at a dead end job. Now, I am permanently working for a great financially stable company that offer me a great benefits package and a just salary. Thank you Express!

worst experience going to this place so called staffing. the people there are so rude. if they call you for a job and you cant make it even if your going thru an emergency they dont care about that. they wont work with u no more. they make you fill out 50 pages of work and then just tell u oh we will call u if something comes up. and then when you call the receptionist is rude. I dont know how this place is still in business. to everybody dont go there looking for a job. I already called the better business employment for the city to complaint about this place.

Ive worked with Daisy in the office and she is great. She sent me out on an interview within two days of coming into the office. I went to two interviews in total before being placed as a temporary receptionist with an electric company. They were clear with what was expected of me. I have found with temp agencies that you should call them once a week if you are looking for employment, and especially keep in contact with your recruiter. I would recommend Express Pros to others and if needed, would use them in the future.

If you are looking for job placement Express staffing is the wrong choice. They set me up with an interview unfortunately do to family obligations I was not able to attend the interview. When I called them to let them know I couldnt attend the interview and reschedule I was treated very unproffesionally. I let them know how I felt about it. Lets this say we both went in different directions. Very Very Rude!!

I applied online on June 29th, went in for an interview on June 30th, I was offered a full-time job with a really good company on July 5th and I am starting on July 11th...how good does it get. The entire staff was very professional and Daria Buss, CSP was exceptional.
