I just finished signing hiring papers with Randstad today, and I couldnt be more excited! I worked with Simon Perez for an extended period of time trying to find the right position for me and my experience, and he was patient enough and thorough enough to help me find it with Bank of America. I cant say enough good things about Simon and his professionalism! First class all the way, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for employment help. (Update from 7/1/2011) I am now a permanent employee with B of A, and have found amazing opportunities with this company, thanks in large part to the efforts of Simon Perez and Randstad to help me get my foot in the door. I have spoken with other contracted workers in my department who have worked with other agencies, and it is clear to me that I lucked out by working with Randstad. Simon, I simply cannot thank you enough for helping to turn my career and my life around!

My experience with Randstad has been very positive. Katherine Conner has been a delight to work with, had me placed in a temp/contract position and she returns emails and phone calls almost immediately. Up through my placement I cannot say enough good things. The one negative is that I have been surprised that once the papers were signed with Randstad for the temp/contract position, no one really followed up to see how the position was, if I was satisfied with the position and work. In my case there was a training class of 3 weeks and then a test to pass with a high score and there was no follow up to see if I passed or failed. I did emailed the good news, but was not asked or expected to do so. I realize the primary goal of the agency is to place people, BUT…I would think they would follow up. I look forward though to working with Randstad in the future.

First & foremost I must say this --- Mary Stewart is the Best. When I call & Im able to talk with her - she is always so cheerful & makes you feel very comfortable & will not "steer you wrong" (like other places that i have dealt w/in the past). When ever I seen a posting & i seen it was with Randstad I would call her & try to get more info, if im not getting the attention I feel I deserve - she will correct it or tell me whats the best option to have it resolved. If I cant reach her by phone, I can always email her & I usually get an answer within 2 hours or less if not a friday. Whenever I have friends that are either curious on where Im working or are unemployed i give them Marys info & tell them to be prepared to email her their resume. Mary Stewart is wonderful, helpful & always sound cheerfull when I talk to her.

My Randstad experience is totally positive. What separates Randstad from other recruiters? Randstad actually placed me in a career position vs. talking about it. Randstad recruited me at a time when I had given up on a continuing career in IT tech support. Now, my career is once again blossoming and all the credit for resurrecting IT belongs to Randstad. The application process was seamless and easy--I accessed everything online and docs were either electronically signed or faxed. The application process was < 1 week, so getting hired was fast!! Id like to thank Katherine Conner, in particular, for her help matching me with an excellent employment opportunity. She has always been highly responsive and a pleasure to work with. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND... WELL DONE!!!

I have been in Phoenix for a little over 2 months and had been searching for employment with not very much fortune when one morning I received a call from a Randstad Recruiter. She asked me a few questions and was following up on an email she sent to me earlier in the week. She said she saw my resume on Monster and believed that Randstad could help me find a job and said she was eager to work with me to do so. She asked about my background and my work preferences and if Id be able to come in to meet her and/or her colleague? I went in and was presented with the ideal job opportunity. I am so happy and grateful to have been contacted and helped by Randstad! If you are serious about working you must contact them FIRST before any other staffing agency.

If you are looking for an outstanding recruiter who truly gets to know her candidates and takes the time to match them with the perfect employer, look no further than Kate Heath at the Randstad Phoenix Office. I was returning to the Phoenix Metro area after an absence of over 15 years and I wanted to find that "dream" job; well Kate helped me do just that and I couldnt be more thankful. She knew exactly how to market my skills and experience to the right employer and after successful interviews I was offered that coveted "dream" job and start Monday. Kathy - Great! I have been with Randstad since October 2010. I was fortunate, and found them shortly after relocating to the Phoenix area. I have had the pleasure of working with Simon, Brandon, Becki and Ben. They have all been friendly, professional and committed to helping me find and maintain employment. I have special curcumstances as I do not drive. They have been very good at finding me employment that was close to my home or on public transit in a large metropolitan area. (Amazing) They also placed me in work places that have allowed me to expand my qualifications and utilize my current skills so I can continue to grow. I recommend them highly and am very excited to be apart of the Randstad Team.

I have never been lied to so much by a "employment agency". First it was merely a 40 hour work week with "optional" overtime. The second week there we found out it was mandatory overtime, 8 hours per week. So aside from that for 4 straight months. The company I was placed at offered quality bonus incentive. Which I earned both and have only received payment for one. The program was over back May 27, 2011. My name was included on a flier emailed out to everyone after the contest was over and it clearly stated that I had earned the bonus. Now I will be be taking them to small claims court to receive what I earned. I cant say anything remotely positive regarding Randstad.

I have nothing but good things to say about Randstad from Marissa Ogden at the central location in Phoenix, to Lonny Miller in the Tempe office. Theyre both awesome. I moved here 4 years ago and lost the job I moved here for so (Ive had a working relationship with Randstad prior to AZ 10yrs off and on) I contacted Randstad and spoke with Marissa Ogden she sent me on an interview a few days after meeting with her, I received an offer before I made it home after my interview. Worked that position for almost 2 years. I worked a position for Lonny for 5 months and then I found a job on my own. Thank you Randstad for your understanding, patience and for keeping me employed.
