Like so many of the stories already posted, I can only say that out of the 20 or so times Ive had my car washed at Dannys, Ive never felt like I got my moneys worth. Ill get to my latest experience in a second, but want to say Ive talked to several people over the last couple of days and hear an almost perfect match to experiences, not only at this location, but across the valley. Most people report, the quality of their wash is "Okay at best", but rarely exceptional. The other major complaint always is, "They are always pushing to upgrade the wash starting off at some outrageous amount, only to end up at a ridiculously lower amount before its over". Ive heard amounts starting in the 200-300 dollars ending up below 100. The theme always starts with "how bout our x-package for x", and when you say "no", the price continues to drop. Each person Ive talked to has said, "what if I would have paid the original amount?". As for my experiences, every time its the same thing. Always, an attempt at an up-sale, and God forbid, theres a chip in my windshield, the pressure is on to replace or repair it. It reminds me of being in the mall and being attacked to "let me show you this" kiosks. Dannys, I just want a car wash that actually cleans my car. My latest (and my last) experience with Dannys was the last straw. Im posting this review mainly because Ive reached out to Dannys without response and Im tired of hearing the stories, reading review after review and experiencing the same thing over and over again. Dannys based on my experiences and everything I read, you have serious customer service and quality issues! After agreeing to a 19.99 oil change (as stated on your huge banner), and agreeing to the 7.00 VIP car wash, my bill ended up being 32.99 for the oil change and 7.00 for the VIP wash. After asking why the difference in price, I was treated like I was an idiot for not knowing when I asked for the VIP wash, (although it decreased the price of the wash), it increased my oil change from 19.99, to 32.99. The most insulting part of this experience, was the attendant who was inside at the same time shouted to the cashier "Go ahead and charge him the full price for the VIP wash and the 19.99, for the oil change if he insist on paying more". This was out of line, I was only trying to understand the switch in the oil change pricing. The only thing more disturbing than the bait and switch experience, was waiting on my oil change to be completed, and watching the workers strain their necks every time a girl would drive into the wash and a worker at the vacuum would whistle to let everyone know. This happened five times in the 15 minutes it took for them to complete the service. Dannys you need to seriously do some mystery shopping to see what goes on at your locations!

OK I give 3 stars because well I guess they did everything they could. Dont do a detail here, the work was okay not great. As I drove home the streaks in the widows were made apparent, the lack of wiping the mirrors (vanity and rear view) were obvious. I was also quoted a time of 1 hour to an hour and a half which was very important to me today as I had other appointments. I was very unhappy about sitting there for three hours, when I finally asked, I found my car was "done" it was not. One of the mats was completely dry and had clearly not been cleaned, there were still bug guts on the front of the car, the "detail" was more like a GOOD car wash. To be fair the managers offered to give me a voucher for a car wash, I declined as I do not think I will go back. They also offered to "fix" the problems but I just wanted to leave, I was hungry and needed to pick my daughter up. One of the detailers (Jodie) offered to have be bring the car back and make it right. THIS is why I gave them 3 stars. I am not happy with the detail, it was not very well done. I will not return most likely and suggest that you do not heed the "sellers" times they are far from true. I am trying to be a nicer person in 2016 and for that reason I just left and cut my losses. Hope you have a better experience. To better this review they would need to do the following: 1. Raise awareness if a customer has been sitting in the lobby for 3 hours maybe check to see if they are okay 2. Increase communication with clients 3. Drastically improve the standards of what a "detail" job is especially when it cost over $100. I did not get my moneys worth. 4.Improve communication within the departments to ensure everyone is on the same page with time quotes/information given to the client. 5. When something goes wrong, dont offer a car wash voucher, my time is worth more than that. I sat for 3 hours that does not = a car wash voucher. Hope they find a way to improve soon.

It was a mistake to come my here for a quick car wash. Their service is absolutely the worst Ive ever experienced. The guys that are selling you the wash are more interested in carry on a conversation with themselves rather than their customers. If it werent for the glass repair guys directing things and helping there would absolutely NO service. When the Jackson Car Wash guys do decide to sell you a wash they are extremely rude, condescending and they could care less about you as a customer..... I was as completely dumbfounded by this blatant and vulgar behavior that seemed to be the norm at Jacksons Car wash. It was completely different from when this place used to be Dannys Car wash. I asked for a manager and our comes Richard. He wasnt interested in listening to me share what I had just witnessed and unfortunately had to experience and endure but rather started off our conversation defending his guys that are extremely rude and vulgar. I asked him why is he taking this unprofessional position with me he stated he had already been "cussed out" by other customers this day and he wasnt going to tolerate anyone "talking down" to himself nor to his guys.... seriously... informing management about to poor customer service their customers are receiving is considered "talking down" to them?! So I asked for the owners name and contact information. Richard stated that he was the manager and that all customer complaints would circle back to him so the complaints stop with him. Seriously... Richard then proceeded to treat me unprofessionally and I decided it was no longer worth my time to help this small business nor continue to do business with them. I attempted to call their corporate office and apparently the owner lives/stays in Idaho and is clearly not interested in helping their Arizona business improve. Its a terrible way to run a local business.

The WORSE car wash ever. I drive a dually thus I have to pay $30.00 for a handwash. For those of you who drive trucks, make sure you climb up and check the roof, they only wash what they can reach from the bed. Three (3) different times Ive had them rewash it to get it right. #timesuck. AVOID! Grab a coffee and drive a little further and get a proper wash. HELL, a garden hose and a tree branch operated by a blind, one(1) armed homeless crackhead could do a better job. #seekoptions. And to Steven Wheat ⬇ who works there replied with four (4) stars (not 5, haha), explains they suck when they are busy.... thats your excuse? YES THE ONES WHO COMPLAIN ARE THE ONE WHO RECEIVED BAD SERVICE! ITS CALLED A BAD REVIEW! HAVE YOU THOUGHT MAYBE YOU DONT HAVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS? You blame the customers for wanting their cars done in a timely manner. They were just hit up for an oil change, window shield repair, and a wash up-sale before they even get a ticket and exit the vehicle. Hell, Im worn out before I ever enter the showroom. My days off are Mon/Tue, not busy when I come in around noon. Humm? Sell the place back to Dannys and move on. #susktastic UPDATE: Tue 3/15 ~ In the intrest of time I brought my mother-in-laws truck down for a "Handwash". Imagine my surprise when I discovered THEY DIDNT BOTHER WASHING THE ROOF! The bay Manager wrote on the ticket giving me two(2) free handwashes, RRRRIGHT.... Ill be back. Ive tried over and over in the hopes they would improve. I guess you cant fix stupid. If a joker from Jacksons want to jump on here with more poor excuses or denies the facts of the review, I have receipts and pictures including the one from today with the managers signature. I dont think Id get my dog washed here. #customerbeware
