Had a great wash today getting rental van ready for return after a month living with us, including a week camping, and transporting our dog regularly. Got standard interior /exterior wash plus carpet shampoo. Guy at rental company said van was spotless, he didnt think they needed to do anything. He said theyve charged from $50-250 to clean a car, so car wash may have been a "wash", but I was happy to return it as clean as wed gotten it. Staff was interesting mix of native/non-native English speakers, black/Latino/white kids, dreadlocks/piercings. All were friendly and attentive to somewhat elder white female - a nice bunch of folks to do business with. Washman MLK has always done decent car washes for decent prices. Todays wash was most excellent.

I spent $74 for "Express Detail" including seats and carpet shampooed. Car was dirty all over outside when I came to pick it up. Staff told me dirt was "the car" until I rubbed out spots with my wet finger. Interior had obvious soiled areas. Manager told me I was expecting too much, that this is the standard. Really? What a waste of money. 1/2/14 update: Contacted Washmans main office, and their response was very conciliatory. They offered a complete redo or full refund, and wanted more info so he could follow up at the location. I opted for a partial refund since their guy had put a lot of time into the interior. So I am happy with the main office, but disappointed with the quality of work.

Prices have gone up and service is getting worse every visit. Some of the original staff is there but you dont always get them. Some of the newer folks flat out could care less about how your car looks. They constantly have to be asked not to put their drippy dirty bottles of cleaner on my seats while doing the interior as well as the grimy rags. Isnt that a no brainer? And dust all over the dash front. $24 should get your car vey clean but it doesnt anymore. Looks like Ill have to clean my own car rather than waste money that used to actually get me a clean car. Hope they read the reviews that folks leave, people have choices and they dont have to go to washman...

Got the full service wash and it was done poorly by the person doing the finishing touches. They cleaned my front floor matts but not the rear. Windshield was half cleaned from the inside and the center console still had dust all over it. I also didnt receive air freshener when it is supposed to be a part of the package. They where very busy when I went but and extra 5 minutes would have made all the difference. The staff seemed friendly. Some of the other people working on detailing seemed to do a better job. Must have been the person working on my vehicle. Ill try again and change my rating if the quality of service increases.

These guys are the busiest car wash in the known universe (or, at least, Portland, Oregon, USA, Earth). They do every type of wash from a simple, drive-through exterior to a full-on inside-and-out. They are professional and fast. They work hard and dont mess around with your stuff. Once you go, youll be back. The line LOOKS long, but there are three lanes and it moves swiftly. OH, and theres POPCORN while you wait (indoors if its yucky outside, or on nice chairs and tables with umbrellas if its nice out) and they have very good WiFi.

Total waste of money. I took my pickup truck there for a quick exterior wash. The hood got fairly clean, but thats about it. The back of the cab hadnt even been touched; there was still dirt all over it. After emerging from the tunnel, the attendants gave my truck a couple cursory swipes with rags and that was it. Im not saying I was expecting to be amazed for an $8 wash, but youll be much better off taking your money to a DIY wash place and pressure washing it yourself.

Took my daughters disgusting car here for a detailing. Paid $59 for the detailing treatment plus 1 which I was told would be the only way they would be able to scrub off some of the dirt built up on the window bottoms. The process took about 1.5 hours and the car was maybe 80% cleaned. They scrubbed the windows at the bottom, but never lowered the windows to scrub the tops of the windows; the doors were not wiped entirely either.

They did an efficient job of detailing my 2015 Honda Fit for around $60.00. The whole process took a little over an hour, which means I was able to walk to and wait from home while they did their work. If you dont live in the area, expect to wait in a tiny waiting area or outside in the elements. They do a decent job, but its to the point that, if my son was doing the work, Id make him do it again (if that makes sense).

I paid $20 to get my car washed and vaccumed. Not only did they do a bad job of washing, they didnt even touch the back of my car (hatchback) with the vacuum. It was just as dirty back there as when I got there. To make matters even worse one of the employees decided to STEAL from my car, got away with about $80 worth of equipment. NEVER take your car here, absolutely horrible service.

They did a decent job on the outside for "the works inside and out." I still have sap out the outside of my CR and they only washed 3 of my windows on the inside. I didnt even think to look before I left. I noticed this when I was driving off the lot. I had to wash my windows when I got home. They also didnt wash the review mirror. I had to ask for that.

Took my new 2015 SUV trough Express wash today, the person that wipes the car after the wash, took off the tape from the rear wiper put it in the same hand with the rag and now my car is covered in tape glue. I called them about it and the guy on the phone brushed me off. I have been going to that location for over 2 years, twice a month. Im not going back.

I had a wash, carpet shampoo, exterior body wax and interior detail done on my 1991 BMW 325IX, it was filthy. Top notch job, car looked great well worth the money. The place was very busy, prompt call when completed. Was very happy to see the difference. I Am sure thi will add value to the car as its for sale. Great job. Friendly, and Professional.

Wash man provides a pretty consistent and quick car wash. Theyre extremely quick, convenient and the wash is decent. The automatic wash seems relatively harsh (it has broken antennas off of cars) and tends miss around 20% of the dirt on the car. Typically, I pull into a nearby parking lot to dry off, clean the door jams, and parts that the wash mixed.

Spilled coffee all over my cars carpets and tried to soak it out with vinegar, this place was recommended to me by another business. They had me out in an hour and the price was half what I was quoted from other businesses. They were polite and thorough and my car doesnt smell like coffee or vinegar any more- really glad I came here!
