Just yesterday had my car washed asked to specifically get dash board and Windows done neither was taken care of. Purchased their gold package and they didnt even vacum my car at all they just wiped down my seats. Heck I had to take out a couple trash papers on my floorboard my self and it was obvious trash. When your paying for this service plus giving extra because your in the retail service industry also you would expect to not have to go and redo everything. From now on Ill use Redwood Tree at the north side of town. So many things were missed it was obvious this is how they usually operate.

Something has gone horrible wrong with this place. It used to be the best. You would be better to squirt your car with a garden hose then burn your cash. You will have the same experience in the end.
