I have come here several times since it opened and always loved it. Great deal, nice people. But I came to get my car washed today and had a terrible experience. After paying my fee, I placed the car in neutral and proceeded into the tunnel. It was extremely busy and the attendants were sending cars through with very little space between them. Towards the end of the wash, when I was going through the drying section, something happened to their tracking machinery. It shifted or lost its grip on my tire or something. So my car suddenly bounced up and down a few times, but did not move further down the track. Then I felt my back end hit the car that was behind me. My car was fine, but the gentleman behind me suffered a small nick in the front of his car. We both pulled into the vacuum parking and spoke with an employee. The employee reviewed the camera footage and told me that I did something, either I hit the brake or went in reverse. He wasnt sure what I did, but he just said it was my fault. The problem was, I was in neutral the whole time and my feet were on the floor. It wasnt the first time Ive been through their car wash. I know the protocol. I did nothing different. I was in neutral the whole time, with my feet on the floor, but the employee still insisted that it was my fault. I felt stuck between a rock and a hard place. The damage was quite minimal, a small gash in the paint, no smaller than a dime. But I still wound up paying the gentleman in other car $60 on the spot, just to have the issue over and done with. I still maintain that the machinery was to blame, in addition to the cars being crammed into the tunnel with so little space between them. I dont plan on pursuing the issue any further, but Im mostly just disappointed. I really liked this place until today. Now I will never go back again, because I no longer trust their machinery or the honesty of their employees.

They do a good wash for the price, and free vacuums are nice, but today we had a bad experience. Near the end of the wash, right when the blowers started to dry off the car the machinery seemed to stop, which caused the car behind us to roll forwards and into our car. No major damage other than two small nicks on my car, nothing to be upset about but more just annoying that it happened. Looking at the other reviews this is not the first time this has happened. They should probably fix this issue, its not something you want happening at a carwash. Whomever was in charge tonight also came and spoke with us, he asked if we were alright and if there was any damage, kinda annoyed that he didnt offer a free car wash seems like if something happens they should try and make their customers happy. Not going to be going back again.

Me gusta mucho ir a este establecimiento. Siempre pedimos el limpiado básico de tres que ofrecen y es suficiente. Por 7 dolares me dejan el carro extra limpio por fuera. El personal es amable y son muy ágiles ya que nunca me ha tocado esperar mucho en la linea para ser atendida. Muy recomendable.

Was well worth the little drive & time. Prices are affordable & within reason, but for once I drove out with a decent wash & hand dry!! Hand drying is HUGE & they dont use the same towels for ALL the cars. Free vacuuming is great, times are bit little & slow on weekends, but I understand due to demand. All in all, this place is on my list to get my car washed for now on in San Diego.

I have monthly wash agreements on several of my vehickes. I love the people who work here. They dry your car and prepare it for going thru (bug removal, etc). When your done, they have great vacuums, towels and air sprayers for detailing your vehicle. All under car covered canopies! Love this place

My favorite place to wash our car. The service is great and they encourage customers NOT to tip- I suppose their employees are paid well! $10 gets you a wash, free vacuum and they even provide towels to use!

This place is absolutely phenomenal. 20 bucks a month unlimited washes and the amount of detailing stuff available for your interior is more than enough. This place in particular has very friendly staff.

Its fun to have your car washed here. Basically, the machine can do a pretty great job washing off dirt and bird poo. After that, you can use the vacuum area at no cost.
