My wife took her brand new vehicle here (as we have been doing for years)and it was oiled down on the drivers side from front to back. It also ended up with a black scuff on the left rear quarter panel. It was obvious that they had a machine malfunctioning. It wasnt until she got home and the noticed the oil and scuff. Fortunately this was all able to be cleaned and removed. We took the car back the same day to show the manager what had happened. He saw the issues and took her name and number. He had told me that the owner would contact her the next morning. She never heard back. She went back in and was told that that the owner said it couldnt have come from them and they would nothing about it. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We are locals and know a lot of people that frequent this car wash. Its sad to know that the management of this place is this bad! DO NOT take your vehicles to this car wash!!!!!

Yes, a good car wash until it scratches your brand new vehicle from front to back. My vehicle was less than 2 weeks old when I took it here for a car wash. It wasnt until I got home in Freeland that I noticed the scratches. Called up the next day and drive back there to show the manager what happened. He saw the scratches then took my name and number. He had told me that he would contact the owner about the problem.... I havent heard back. DO NOT take your vehicles to this car wash as you will just end up with a sanded down paint job. Oh and just to add... The car is my wifes first brand new vehicle and was a Christmas present. So thank you Blue Cow

What a joke. This was a waste of money. Half the functions did not even work. Spent the first 4 minutes of my time getting it to work... ish. Got soap and rinsed it off for $12 did not even have tkme to do a good job. Never come here. Cant use the wax if the hose is all cracked up. Run down

Several machines were not correctly working, and or functioning at full capacity. The car wash side did offer several good options on their automated machine. This location offers single washes including monthly packages as well.

They added an automated pay station and it sucks. Apparently, its too much trouble for them to collect your money in person. The thing tried to upsell me. Thats when I left. I wont be back.

The new vacuums work really well, far better than the old ones, you just need to pay for a wash and the vacuums are free!
