I got an interior detail and the outside of my car washed and it looks AMAZING!! The staff was super nice and explained all the services in detail for me when I asked which I really appreciated. Some car wash spots are in such a rush it can be kind of a whirlwind! The whole thing took about 3.5hrs and was $150, which i guess is pretty standard but I wish it was $150 for interior and exterior detailing (think that was closer to $300-ouch!) - maybe Im dreaming thinking it should cost less but its so expensive!

There is no discount if you buy gas and a wash at the same time here. Wrote a few things in the dust on the company pickup before the wash, could still read them after. You have to wait in line for 10 minutes as the line reaches out to the street, get your vehicle washed for 2 minutes tops (thought i might lose my mirrors despite being pulled in) and then spend another 20 minutes sponging off the water and remaining dirt. Its just another sad story.

Its gas station. It sells gas. It offers overpriced car washes with nearly worthless add-ons to lure unsuspecting customers to its premium wash which removes road grease/dirt and dries your vehicle just the same as the express wash. Oh, and the gas sells higher than the local average too....usually by 8% or more. Gouging mediocrity only merits 2 stars.

Just tried out their car wash, and Id discourage anybody with a larger vehicle (van, truck, suv) from using it. The side scrubbers dont reach up beyond higher than about door level. They have two guys working hard to spray down and do some light scrubbing on the car first, but they dont catch everything and can only do so much.

I usually go to Tower and spend $35 to get a half-assed wash. This place is $12 and my car is the cleanest its been in a long time. They dont do the interior which kinda sucks and its one of those blower drier things but still, for a quick, exterior wash this place cant be beat.

I only go here for the car wash. Ive never had them scratch my car, and Ive had them wash it over a dozen times. I buy the Superwash #3 Club Card, which gives six top-of-the-line washes for a discount. Not many car washes in the Richmond, so glad this is here.

My favorite car wash; I tip them a dollar or two each time. I like that the water is recycled, and that were giving people jobs instead of just using a machine. Also- the automated washers dont clean my wheels. These guys do, (with the number 3 wash.)

I was surprised to see actual men with soap sprayers spray my car thats never happened to me at a carwash that I thought was supposed to be automatic. I think I will go there more often now my car was kind of dirty.

I go here at least once a week. I vacuum my own car so I cant comment on the lines. Outside car cleaning is very good for the price. I always wipe my own car dry after the wash in their provided parking spaces.

Really fast, really cheap! Perfect for "freshing up" your car. They are two guys working hard to spray down and do some light scrubbing on the car, which really makes a difference. Price is around $8.

Good value. Still need to dry your car and even the most expensive wash cant match a hand wash. But it took maybe 3 minutes. No discount on gas either, which is why its getting only three stars
