Let me say my car was the dirtiest its ever been. Two camping trips and a few road trips in two months. I used a coupon for their express detail. I came in at about 9:25 a.m. on a Saturday (super busy) and left at about 10:20 a.m. Im pretty sure my car was ready before then as I seen it come out their detail garage earlier, but maybe I missed the notification. So I checked outside and it was ready. There were still a few spots on the car, particularly on the roof, but overall Im pleased and I can touch those spots up at home. Ive seen lot of criticism of the interior. My interior looks good. There are some spray patterns on the dash around the touchscreen area, but in retrospect they made sure not to spray the touchscreen, which is great. They brought my windows back to life and tires look great! Again, overall pleased and Ill definitely come back.

I have been to this place twice. Both times they did just ok. Nothing amazing to go out of your way for. I usually wash my car myself, but when im short on time I go here only because I have a bike rack and most car washes will not be safe with my rack. Both times they totally missed my rear bumper. Both times they did a terrible job on my wheels. I dont remember the 1st time on this part, but today they didnt wipe out my cup holder. I know a lot of people will say, complain and make them make it right. But, just like in a restaurant.. I dont send food back just like I wont tell them to go back and do more on my car. $25 bucks for someone to do an OK job in under 30 minutes. You decide if its worth it to you.

I recently have been going to this car wash the past several month. Service is always grate and the prices are extremely reasonable. Workers are very nice and hard working! They have loads of discounts witch are available at you local supermarket and on there web site. They even have in store specials and memberships if you are a clean freak! This was a decent car wash. I went today Oct 19th sadly they have lost their quality. I purchased the $32 dollar wash and I sat there and watched some new guys. they Did not clean my seats, back windshield, middle console barely vacuum I asked the guy why my seats were still dusty. His reply " not included in this Wash". Waoh! Over thirty dollars for a car wash and it does not include wiping the seats. Will not be going there again unless I really have to since its the only one in Daly City. Maybe thats why they dont care.

I took my beater honda to these guys, the car hasnt had a wash in 6 months and was covered with a layer of dust and crud brought on by the deep fog of the peaks. They armoroled the car inside and out in 15min. The car now looks like new. Only 4 stars because they "accidentally" vaccumed all my parking quarters out of the door pocket. I didnt realize it until after I gave them the tip - next time, those quarters are coming out of your tip guys!

Never go here if you care how they treat your car. The end product was fine (car was clean and looked good). But they treat the cars terribly; skid out, reverse recklessly, etc. I watched one worker almost wreck 4 different cars and even curse at his own co-workers. I asked to speak to the manager about this behavior and the manager did not care at all. I will never go back because I drive a nice car and they disrespect their customers.

My car was in need of a quick interior and exterior cleaning. I came across Car wash during an internet search and after seeing the high rating on Yelp and Google, decided to try them out. They were quick, efficient, thorough and cost effective... and in and out in about 15 minutes with the inside and outside looking great! Will definitely be back... maybe even this afternoon with my other vehicle!

When I brought the car in, I asked them to clean the trunk (as the previous time they did not). They said "We always clean the trunk". But they did not. Also there was plenty of mud left on the floor pats, the door, etc. If you use these guys, definitely check it over carefully before driving off. And, as others have said, dont leave ANYTHING of value in the vehicle while they are washing it.

UPDATED REVIEW: The windshield in my van was cracked at the carwash on 1/2/16. It was an unpleasant experience when it happened at the car wash but the Operations Manager, Dean Tautenhahn, was super responsive and had great customer service. They paid to have the windshield replaced by Duran Auto and now my car is back to normal. I will definitely go back again when my cars need to be washed.

The wash was ok, but they didnt even vacuum the interiors correctly. Theres still dust and some trash, even small candies my toddler dropped under the seat. They didnt care about moving the stroller from the trunk just a little bit to vacuum it correctly. I would have done this job way better. The waiting time was good though, just 35 min.

They do a pretty good job for what they charge, but the wait is ridiculous and the results are spotty at best. Sometimes they do a great job, and other times, they do a real bad job. They lack consistency in their performance. I still take my car there every couple of weeks, but Id never take my low rider to them, f*** that!

They do a poor job inside & out of the car, the people they have working there have no problem giving you back a car that has not been wiped down on the inside, I took an suv there to get it ready for work, it was disappointing how they gave it to me, I would think twice about taking my car there

If you dont want to have things stolen from your car then you should just wash your car yourself. Two pairs of sunglasses were stolen from my car and the manager also did nothing. It was my first and last time using this place. Good thing I didnt tip. This place is some boo boo

The Express Detail is the best deal around. They do a full wash, hand wax, armor all the interior and exterior surfaces, clean the floor mats, dress the tires... The whole works for only $50. You can get coupons on their website too. My car feels brand new!

Been going here for 20 years and its been going downhill the last few years. Brought my suv in to get washed after ski trip. Car was still dirty when I hit the car back. Wanted to ask to get it rewashed, but I was in a hurry. Very disappointed
