You work at a car wash. Why am I telling you how to clean my car? Wipe the dash? Really? Wash the tires, windows? cup holders? What the heck? Eyeless, severely inbred, monkeys could do better throwing their feces at my truck. Heres what they didnt think to wash: Dash (all you have to do is wipe the dust off) Tires, no one touched them Doors Door pockets (Even after I asked and pointed, because no one speaks English, they only cleaned ONE door pocket out of six) Interior windows Center console Rear bumper, of course they couldnt see it becuase they left the tailgate down THROUGH THE CAR WASH Didnt close camper windows THROUGH THE CAR WASH Vacuuming was Im guessing a gesture thing since they didnt manage to pick up any dirt with it. Although in their defense, of the eight or so vacums apparently only one can be used at a time because of lack of suction, FROM A VACUUM I paid for the best wash they had, and came home and washed it again. The other reviews here must have been placed here by the management because there is no way these talent-less imbeciles could ever get it right.

These guys did a meticulous job on my SUV, and they worked really hard, because I brought it in filthy inside and out. As I was climbing back into the drivers seat they were still cleaning the bike rack attached to my trailer hitch. That is going the extra mile. I was perfectly happy with the results and I suspect people who complain are overcaffeinated and overly anal. I noticed several very nice luxury cars pulling through behind me, including a brand-new Mercedes-Benz convertible. The driver did an inspection lap around his car at the end and (after wiping a water spot with his hankie) seemed satisfied. Pretty typical scene: You pull up and are mobbed by guys who do some pre-washing; you guide the car into the car wash proper; and then another mob of guys goes to work scrubbing and vaccuming the interior. I paid $21 for the "ultra wash." As promised, 15 minutes in and out. Friendly service except for the sulking car wash cashier. They also give you a 25 cent a gallon discount on gas, but the gas is a little more expensive than it is in SF. They pump the gas for you.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. This place is a sham: their price is absurdly high, yet they do not offer quality service in return. I had to take my car back the next day to have them clean it again, which resulted in little improvement on their shoddy job the day before. Sure, their service is really fast and you will not have to wait at all... BUT ONLY BECAUSE THEY DO SUCH A CRAPPY, UNTHOROUGH JOB. If you decide to take your car here, then be prepared to stand by and direct them as they clean its interior... otherwise, youll quickly realize that they forgot to vacum the backseat, or wipe down the door panels, or clean under the seats, etc., etc. Really, it is an embarrassment that they are still in business (especially considering tha the manager cannot drive stickshift, and that the employees do a worse job than the average five-year-old could).

When I was living in the Haight in SF I went to the Divisadero location of this brand relatively frequently and always was pleased with the high-quality job they did. My experience at the Berkeley location was much worse - higher prices and a dirtier car. The big issue I had was that when they gave me the keys back (after waiting about 20 minutes) the driver and passenger seats weren’t even vacuumed with lots of visible crumbs and debris still visible (yes the car was a bit disgusting by the time I finally took it in here!). Anyhow, after I pointed it out they came and vacuumed again and seemed to get most of it, but after closer examination it was pretty clear that even after that second run the quality wasn’t nearly as good as what I was used to in the city.

I have been going here for 8 years, and finally forked up the money for a detailing. I have always been happy with the auto wash they put in, but the detailing was a complete waste of money. They had the far for 7 hours, and when i got it back it was not buffed, still had white wax all over the grill, the doors. the windows were not cleaned. the inside carpets were soaking wet. they did not clean the wax off any of the interior trim. they did do a good job cleaning th carpets, but overall not happy with service. do not waste money here.

Not so impressed with their services per Money they charged. Paid $ 150 for interior clean and shampoo. When I got my car back. Carpet are not vacuumed much, see lots of let over. Have to do vacuumed again at gas st. Car foot mats are not even cleaned and put back they just dump it in car trunk. And when try to get someone to ask for not cleaning it. They just walk away. And this guy who got my key back just stand there expecting tips. Never go there again.

I just went there and paid over $20 bucks to get the interior and exterior cleaned. I watched as an entire group went to my car to clean. Afterwards I did a quick checkover, and saw that they missed the TRUNK! How can you miss the trunk...it´s an entire section of the car! I had to go around and show them different spots that they had missed. I felt bad, but felt like I needed to be compensated for the amount I paid. I wouldn´t go here again....

It seems like there was one very angry customer that posted several negative reviews. Shameful. We take our car here whenever we need a good car wash, usually with an empty tank to take advantage of the gas discount. The prices are typical, and the service is great. The regular wash takes 10-20 minutes depending on the queue, and we have never had a negative experience. Give them a shot if you are nearby.

Today I went in to get my regular car wash on my Touchless Car Wash, which includes inside and out with car wax and tire shine... But aside from that I had to ask for some extra cleaning on my sofa which was stained with milk and some other nasty stuff. Let me say WOW the back seat is like new! They soaped it and did some deep clean back there and it looks awesome!!! Spotless!

BEWARE HOURS LISTED ABOVE ARE INCORRECT. As for the service, the 1st time I had my car washed there I was very pleased. However, the service declined from there over several washings now. Arm rests still have dust on them. Front inside wind shield not completely clean. Consistent decline in service over several trips there. Now looking for another car wash.

Very bad experience. I went for a basic wash inside and outside. They washed my car in like 5 min...and you can tell!! If outside it looks fine...inside is way too superficial, not really acceptable. Dust hair and everything is not easy to reach is still there. Glasses? same. The corners are just dirty as they were before. Not really recommended

A 2-in-1 service station that has a car wash with a crew to wash and dry. Workers are quick to detail your ride as tips comes piling in. No problems with any transaction buying gas or car wash. Your ride comes out gleaming clean like a new car. Be careful when pulling out as you may inadvertently hit a worker scrambling around.
