I never write reviews but today I was really bothered by the service here. Ive been here many times and for the most part my experience has been good. Today, my car (2017 Honda Accord) was skipped over to clean a more expensive luxury car. Even though I was here before him waiting for my car to be cleaned. I waved at the guy and he just ignored me and proceeded to clean the other car. I asked the manager if it was their policy to skip other cars to clean a more expensive car. He walked away, looking for an available person to clean my car. He did not answer my question. Just asked which car belonged to me. As they finally started on my car the driver of the luxury car spoke to them in Spanish, including the manager, as they all looked at me and my car. I did not understand what they were saying but their demeanor did not make me feel comfortable. As they finished the gentlemans car he drove by me, rolled his window down and said "Have a nice day baby" in a very sarcastic tone. I will never come here again.

I paid for a wash, detail and wax. Its actually, wash, wax, then superficially detail. Its a typical tunnel wash, and they waxed it the moment it was parked from the wash. Nobody looked for spots to remove first. As far as I could tell, detailing meant wiping the dashboard and a cursory vacuum. The car has cream vinyl seats, and the multiple coffee stains were still on them. I wiped them off at home with a damp town in a moment. My point - they did not even try during the "detail." The alloy wheels were left exactly as they came out of the wash. That it, the outermost surfaces were clean, but the rest of the wheel body (highly visible) was black. To show the staff, I tapped the rim (didnt have to rub) with my finger and it was jet black. They then worked on the wheels. They did not vacuum the (empty) trunk. Again I had to ask. Maybe they are not supposed to shampoo the carpets, but at least they could have vacuumed them well.

I have taken my Volvo XC70 here several times, and never once did I have to wait long to get in the tunnel. The man at the register who took my order was very nice, the workmen had my car in the tunnel in an instant, the people at the dryer align my mirrors back into place for me just right, and the people at the vaccum station have my car spic and span in no time at all, and I am out happy with a nice clean car in less than 10 minutes after arriving at the wash. Hillsdale Car Wash may be my favorite, but this comes in as a close second, my car is always cleaned nicely, the carwash is new, the service is great, the people are friendly, prices are very good, and the whole operation is like clock work. Definately a 5 star rating 10 out of 10.

Worst car wash in my life. Never spoke to me once, or even looked me in the eyes. That is poor customer service, but not a deal breaker. The real issues I have is the poor quality. My rims were never touched. My roof was hardly washed. Bird poop residue was still on my hood. Water spots and dirt was left on my car, and the car is brand new (still have paper plates) so this stuff should have slid right off. In fact, the only reason I knew the job was done so poorly, is I got out to point out dead bugs on my window after I got the "thumbs up" from their guy to send me on my way. I had to get a rag from the worker to make sure the job was done right. Pathetic job, waste of your time and money. NEVER AGAIN!

Hands down THE BEST place to get your car washed. They do Groupon specials often and if you find it, get the Carnuba Wax one for ~$25. The car runs through a brief car wash before 6 guys rush through to scrub and dry it fast. They apply the Carnuba wax by hand, making any car shine like it came fresh out of the store. Theyll even note any window chips and fix them on the spot (usually covered by insurance) and do an amazing job with interior detailing. Ive tried plenty of places including Touchless and gas station hand washes, but nothing beats this place. You know this is true by the long lines seen and the countless limos coming from SFO. If limo drivers can trust them, I know I can.

My preferred car wash shop. Fairly thorough, and great price for the Full Detail Express which includes internal and external cleaning $42. I have yet to try the complete detail for $142 but may try it out in the future. Occasionally I find there is some dirt and grime that needs to be cleaned with a bit of extra elbow grease which doesnt always happen unless you point it out. But once I do the attendants are usually quite quick to address the problem without complaint and Im usually sure to give them a solid tip in return.

Ive been coming for several years after trying them out on a Groupon. Its much faster, and probably just as inexpensive, to have them wash my car vs me trying to do it. Ive gotten a car detail, or interior vacuum and shampoo, only a few times, but have been impressed with the detail service. Unfortunately my last vacuum and shampoo didnt seem to get the whole interior (seemed to miss parts of the 3rd row) so Ill be sure to inspect the work next time to make sure they get the entire interior.

I spilled almost a whole bottle of engine coolant on the floorboard of my girlfriends car..... doh! It was a real mess, wasnt sure if it would do permanent damage. Figured that I would have to go to a self-serve car wash and spend a couple of hours cleaning up. These guys vacuumed and shampood the rubber mat, the floor mat, and the carpeting beneath... all for $7. Looks so good that Im going to go back and have them shampoo all of the mats and carpeting.

Regular wash it is great. I totally recommend it is the best one in the Bay Area.I feel frustrated every time I pay for the express details its getting worst. Increase the price but keeps the good service!!! Please!!!! Im a uberx driver and I can tell you Im not the only one. I think we deserve same quality. I satisfied with the price. just because Im not having the same experience as I used to have.

Probably one of the better car washes in the area. They do a very thorough job of hand washing before going through the actual wash and if you choose to do an interior cleaning, your car will look much better after. The only concern would be for those that have nicer cars because this car wash has the rotating brushes that scratch certain types of paint.

My new car was scratched by this car wash. Furthermore, their highly aggressive brushes leave definite microscratches from their rapid tumbling upon the car. This will over time make your car look terrible. I am unhappy due to the fact that I have a new car that was screwed up by this place!!! Called to complain and they never returned my call!!!
