July 2015 - December 2015 - Leah DeWenter and crew are the best. She stepped out on faith, telling me she did not understand why she felt so compelled to send me to an interview during a telephone call a few weeks after my horribly messed up interview with her and Annalise Reynolds. I was feeling very hopeless from a long string of job rejections. I hesitated going to the interview, causing myself to arrive late. My tie looped over a collar tab of my dress shirt. I stumbled and stammered through many of the interview questions. Three weeks later, two weeks after Holy Spirit bathed me when I said, “I’m not going to ask anything tonight other than to lips my lips praise You in honesty and sincerity for once in my life,” at Living Streams Church, Ms. DeWenter was offering me an interview with a state government department. “I don’t know why, Karl,” Ms. DeWenter said, “but I feel like I am supposed to send you for the interview. Will you be sharp, show up on time, and show yourself well when answering questions if I send you to this job?” “Yes, ma’am,” I will do those. I spoke a prayer to Abba Father, I read my Bible, meditated with Holy Spirit, and went to the interview. I was on time. My $1,000 Hugo Boss suit looked great. I was smooth with answering the questions. Before I was home, my phone rang while driving an empty street in my neighborhood. It was Leah. “Karl, I knew you could do this. I felt good about sending you there. And you can start Monday.” Nothing more than Holy Spirit’s intervention in my life situation can explain why Leah was so driven to send me to that interview when she had a hundred or more eligible clients on the Kforce work list who could have interviewed for the position. She sent me, and the business offered me a job, a job I am still holding a year later, with a promotion and pay increase to boot. May God bless Leah Dewenter every day and Kforce too. This is definitely been a good experience for me.

I had a horrible experience with this company. NOTHING about my resume had changed since before the group interview I attended. While attending the interview, the "Vice president" and his "assistant" made it VERY CLEAR that they wanted people who were "EDUCATED" with degrees to work for their company. Me and two other women in the room did NOT have degrees and were blatantly insulted. Why were we called in for an interview if only "educated" people were wanted? This was the worst interview I ever attended. Surprisingly enough, Kforce called me back a couple of months later with a job offer. I politely declined. There is no way I would want to work for such a stupid , crappy company. seriously, you and all your "educated people who are thousands of dollars in debt can stick it!

Kforce is a big competitor in the contingency recruiting business. I have a terminal degree comparable to a PhD and experience teaching at the university level. I have applied to several jobs through Kforce and if a recruiter does get back with me--its as if they havent read or reviewed my resume. I think part of the issue is that it is the nature of a recruiters job to make sure that he or she contacts a mass of people (no matter their qualifications) to fill a job order. After all--contingency recruiting, or non-retained, is in the sales industry and is very cutthroat. I am quite annoyed with the nature of all of this though. I would like to meet one recruiter who has actually read my resume and understands the level of my qualifications.

This company does nothing for me. I am topped out in my field and they cant even get me an interview in a years time. Yes, the job descriptions match my resume 97% or better match. No, I am not blackballed as I recently called to find out. Apparently, somebody doesnt like me or is just a retard with interpreting my resume. I have spoke to 3x individuals there and appears to be a waste of time trying to seek work through this agency. I am going to be looking into going over somebodys head if they do not fix their processes. If I walk in there to speak my mind, I will be sure to give them a reason.

This is a horrible dishonest company! I worked here for Drive time and I got hit in the head at work. Drive time told me to take a day off and they fired me because I had a concussion and couldnt work one day which was approved!!!! Honestly please dont trust Brian Zizzo he was the one who hired me and he is the most dishonest.

Very poor professional behaviour and poorly operated. You think thay they would have a better system of tracking who they have interviewed in the past so they know not to call a candidate who they will not hire many times.

I discussed opportunities to staff my needs with a clueless person named Jack. Who advised me with the obviously incorrect answers, I could not help but laugh when I was done with the call.
