Before I came to know Randstad I was laid off from a five year position in Houston, Texas, fresh out of a divorce along with me and my children being without a home. Up until I was recently hired permanently to a local forwarding company in Phoenix just a few days ago, I was a temporary employee with Randstad at the Priest location for approximately one and a half years. Every assignment that I was placed on was financially rewarding and fit my work history/skills perfectly. Whether it was Michelle, Lonny, Ben or Kate assisting me I had confidence knowing that they all had my best interests at heart. They each played a role in my success with the present company I am with and words cannot express my deepest and greatest gratitude to Randstad for all they have done for me. We finally found the perfect Staffing Agency! Being a large financial institution that has utilized the services of many agencies, Im pleased to say that Randstad is second to none! We have been given a plethora of qualified candidates for the positions we needed to fill in a very short amount of time. In addition to that, Kate Heath took the time to observe the training and job functions in our department to ensure Randstad was recruiting the best possible candidates. Kate has been a true professional and continues to amaze me with her attentiveness, quick response times, flexibility and proactive approach to ensure our needs are being met. This place is awesome. They have full time light industrial and entry level opportunities to work your way up in decent blue collar jobs that will pay more than food service and nearly the same as entry level white collar jobs like call centers and admin field, but with more flexibility for students via 3rd shift. They even have career fairs so bring 3 Me in 30 Seconds Statements, 3 Up To Date Resumes, 3 Updated References, and any additional documentation that you will need (relevant certificates, dd214, etc) and you will be fine. Need bus passes or interview attire? Try St Josephs The Worker (at St Vincent De Paul & Paz De Cristo) for clothing and bus passes for job seekers. Just get a job verification form, give it to Rachel or Megan and have them fax it to corporate so they can fill it out and then you can get discounted passes for 3 months.

When I first came in contact with RANDSTAD I was a little nervous as the last Job Placement Agency I used let me down. But then I met my Agent Lonny Miller, he made me feels so comfortable with the whole experience. Lonny set up an interview for me with a well known company and I felt so comfortable during the whole interview because I knew I had the skills and experience that they were looking for. This meant a lot to me, as the last Agency I used set up interview for me that were questionable, almost like they didnt even know me or even read my resume. Lonny even helped me with making my resume even more professional. And whenever I had a question, Lonny was always available for me and never made me feel like I was unimportant. In dealing with Randstad over the past few years for the high profile part time ushering job I continue to hold at Symphony Hall and The Orpheum Theater in downtown Phoenix, AZ I can truly share that this extremely professional staff, especially Mr. Lonny Miller are dedicated to the highest level of care, service and scheduling for its employees. Mr. Lonny Miller is always an email or phone call away 24/7 on his cell/blackberry etc. His high level busines acumen ensures that you the usher - the client whether it be the Phoenix Symphony, Arizona Opera, Ballet Arizona, Phoenix Opera etc are all staffed efficiently including last minute "fires" Lonny Miller has a talent for extinguishing. I would refer anyone to speak with Mr. Miller for their employment needs.

When Randstad first contacted me I was like I dont know if I should go to see them or not. I never worked for a temp angency before and I was very hesitant. When Lonny and I first met we hit it off very well. He put me at ease and made me feel like part of the family. Plus when I was having problems signing in to input my hours on a weekly basis Lonny just said dont worry about it just call me on monday mornings and Ill take care of it here for you! And if I was running late and couldnt call in Lonny was right there calling me to make sure my pay was there ontime. I appreciate everything you all have done for me. Even when my agent Lonny left to go help out the other store Kevin and Becky were very nice and helpful to me. Thanks Lonny and Beckie, and Kevin.

Amazing temp agency!! I have worked with many temp agencies over the years, but this Randstad has been among the very best. The staff I worked with were very nice and would respond to me when I would let them know my availability each week, unlike some other agencies I have worked with where you never hear from them again after signing up. Unfortunately, I had to relocate from AZ and did not get a chance to land a job with Randstad, but I had a great experience with them and want to thank the staff for their hard work and dedication in trying to find the right job for me. If I return to AZ, I will definitely work with them again. For those of you out there who need help with your job search, Randstad is the one to call!

Incredible experience! Lonny at Randstad received my resume Monday, We met in person Tuesday and he had me scheduled for a phone interview the same day. Wednesday was my interview with the company. Thursday (today) I received an offer of employment letter for the position as a permanent hire to start on Monday with an excellent company!! I spent 13 months and countless hours posting 256 resumes tailored to specific positions directly with the hiring companies and was still unemployed. I had been leary of temp agencies and didnt expect much, but was obviously very wrong. I highly recommend Randstad as a professional organization that moves very quickly!!

Randstad is excellent in every way. I got a call from Lonny on thursday evening who said we have a position for you starting monday. I looked for a job for 6 months and didnt land anything. without Randstad i would still be looking. Now im getting a pay check. I just kept hearing we need more experience even though i just graduated college. Randstad is great, I have recommended them to other graduates and friends. Lonny and Michelle are great, they help and listen. They are right there with you to walk you through all the steps. I greatly appreciate what they have done for me. Thank you.
