This place is a joke and I would recommend you stay away from this place if you want a job that pays you on time. If you want a job that doesnt pay you on time and tells you promises regarding your pay and doesnt keep to those promises then come here. I was supposed to get paid this Friday, but for god knows why they failed to get my Employer Identification Number in time (considering they had over a week to do so). Because of this I didnt get paid and wasnt able to buy bus passes for the following week so I can get to work. After talking to their supervisor I was told that I may not be able to keep the job because Ill be missing a day or two and they have a zero tolerance policy EVEN THOUGH ITS THEIR FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE THAT IM MISSING THESE DAYS. This is complete BS and I will not be going through this company EVER AGAIN. completely unprofessional and surprisingly inconsiderate. Good luck to everyone who tries to make it happen, youre going to need it.

DO NOT TAKE THIS POSITION!!!!!!!!!! you are not a slave and deserve benefits do not take the directv/atnt job complete waste of time this place will keep you wishing for a permanent position. I originally signed up through directv and i get a call from volt telling me theyre not hiring permanent employees only to see 30 people get hired permanently after 6 months of me working here no benefits no pto no time off what ever makes a job good they dont have it and will never offer it to you if you go through this company and if you leave this position because they wont hire you you can no longer work for dtv or atnt the contract went from 3 months to hire to 9 ive been here 11months now and cant stand this place the managers pay temps no mind at all only worried about the money that they make off you and you get treated like trash... do i need to say anything else but this is the worst company ever its a shame how they do their employees id rather be broke

HORRIBLE. I never had so much issues with a company. I started with this company in March and ever since then I have not got one paycheck that is correct or on time. I have had two checks given me the day after pay day and not even the full or right amount. The little old Lady in the front desk will finish her conversation with her coworkers and finish everything on her desk before she attends to your needs. She will give you attitude and tell you to wait, and if you wait you are waiting a good 15 min. I have had to go to this office several times i already the know the location by memory. Because of such the poor service I have thought about continuing my work with them. I will never go through this workforce again. It is a horrible and stressful experience and I wouldnt want anyone to go through what I went through.

So I went in because Derek Harper told me to come in since he was offering an opportunity. He pitched, and I went ahead and accepted it. It was for a position with directv. He emailed me the confirmation and informed me that he would send the company my resume. The interview was scheduled for a Wednesday at 3pm. I show up 15 minutes prior to prepare, however, they had no recollection of me and my "scheduled" interview at that time. They didnt have my resume that Derek had promised to send, so I felt like an idiot. I suppose directv felt bad and decided to interview me on the fly. 3 days later and I did not get the job. Lack of effort and communication on their part.

Not a good temp agency. Your better off finding your own employment or going to a different temp agency that can offer you more opportunities rather than just the one. Derek was excited to help me at first then once I advised him the position did not seem like a good fit for me he was very rude. Clearly someone was upset about their commission. Very unorganized and unprofessional l. If I could I would not rate this at all. Good luck!

Volt Services Group allowed me to invest over 3 hours in testing, interviewing and more signing of paperwork before they ever asked me or advised me that because of my record they couldnt hire me. This is unacceptable practice for a business. This company lacks leadership, authenticity, and common business practices of respect, clear communication and upfrontness of what qualifies and disqualifies a person to become a Volt Employee.

My recruiter is super nice & professional; his name is, Shaka Fort. Volt is located across the street from Gelato Spot, lol & is in a super fancy Biltmore building, w/ lots of other merchants, cool fountains, & lemon or cucumber water, haha! Actual Volt, is very nice, great seating, nice computers, & great knowledgeable staff, who try try TRY, to get you a job. Im super excited to be employed, lol, & be w/ Volt!

They are so unorganized its comical. They were late paying everyone for 3days and the receptionist basically told me to get a loan to pay my bills. The recruiters dont have an understanding on the position theyre hiring you for. Nor are they honest and open with the things they do know. I wouldnt recommend this agency to anyone.

Brian and Erik just dont want the job. Dont deal with this company, because they have no interest whatsoever to even do their job and find clients work. Ive heard alot of complaints about them before experiencing it myself.
