Good hard work if you can handle it. Most of the negative reviews on here are from customers who didnt get their way that would cause problems, or from former employees who were worthless. Ive been with them for over four years and have advanced quickly. Those who dont advance is due to their lack of or terrible work ethic. I would also like to point out that our employees are out at these events enduring the weather, sometimes for twelve hours on their feet, Id like to see some of you people try to be cheerful after working a twelve hour shift in 110 degree heat, while taking aggression from people who think they are entitled to be given special treatment over everyone else. As for the lady from chick-fil-a who left her review here, i remember you specifically and you were rude to our employees and kept trying to park your truck in a place we werent allowing vendors and even after explaining that to you, you still attempted to park in a restricted area.

Great Company to work FOR & WITH. The opportunities are there IF YOU WANT the hours, to advance, to be able to work in ALL POSITIONS. ProEm takes pride in their working staff & has an "open door" when it comes to employee concerns or resolution to problems. I COULDNT think of a better Event Company to help a client not only plan their event but also to provide QUALITY Materials, as well as Employees who are qualified to meet the client needs on a 24/7 basis. Piss poorly run. They hire crackheads to be security personnel, just warm bodies. Worked 2 events for them. Middle management supervisors were all overweight, poorly educated, and had self worth issues. What a joke.
