My nephew had a wedding ceremony and reception at this location. The owner of the place (Carmen) was very bossy and took over the ceremony part of the wedding during the rehearsal. She was clearly frusterated, she finally told them all to do what they wanted to do. I think that was the idea my nephew had in mind, after all he was paying and it was his wedding. On the other hand her husband (Danny) was very proffesional. My nephew was very frusterated, due to not having a coordinator on hand, the coordinator was part of the package, but could not be found when it came time to present the wedding party. At the end of the wedding, Carmen had came by. Me and my sisters cleaned up the hall, even though my nephew told us that the hall would be taken care of. It was like Carmen was looking for an excuse to not give my nephew his deposit. She finally had found an excuse, it was a Mcdonalds bag and a can in parking lot. Me and my wife went out to the parking lot and quickly picked them up. We brought out the owner and showed her; she agreed to give back the deposit, but if it was not for me and my wife listening to her mumbling of not giving back the deposit, my nephew would have lost out. The kitchen was also closed on my nephew during the reception, this caused thewedding to melt and my nephew had to resort to alternatives.

Our daughter chose to let us pick the location to host her wedding in March of 2011. We chose Estrella Vista Reception Center, and are just as happy with our decision afterwards as we were beforehand. Carmen and Danny were absolutely wonderful and a joy to work with. They were accommodating and responsive to our needs, and went above and beyond in every detail. Everyone involved was genuinely concerned with the success of our event...before, during and after. Anna did a fantastic job helping, and coordinating the rest of the staff on the day of event. Dinner was great, and service went smoothly including cake and cleanup. Behind the bar, Rick was pleasant, personable and kind to our guests. Estrella Vista even arranged to include a decorating vendor for us; Diana, who did an amazing job incorporating our color theme and helping to create a beautiful appearance that made the bride cry tears of joy. All together, we could not have asked for more or better from anyone in any way. We are grateful to everyone at EVRC for their hard work on our daughter’s behalf and recommend them highly to anyone hosting a special event. They truly made ours magical.

I have had two events at EVRC and would highly reccomend it. Carmen goes above and beyond to satisfy the guests. They have a beautiful venue and outdoor area which we used to display our auction items. We were able to improve the second event by tweaking a few things we learned from the first. Again, I highly reccomend this venue- they are GREAT to work with.

I had a fabulous wedding there in January! I absolutely loved Carmen and Danny. They were always available to help and answer any questions. They made us feel like family! The place was big, beautiful and at such a great price! I would absolutely use them again for other events!
