They dont have enough parking so parking spills out into the srounding neighborhood. This sucks for those of us that live in the neighborhood! Most of these old houses dont have driveways, so we cant even park in front of our house during events. Try hauling groceries a block from your house because the Rail cant be bothered to offer enough parking. Take Trax people! Its right by the Rail and you dont have to worry about parking.

Fun event center with lots of lighting options, DJ area, and open floor space. There are three bars and an upstairs loft area. The parking lot was small but there is street parking that works out well.

Ive gone to an event here several times: fashion remix. Its a unique venue with a fun atmosphere. It could use some more seating though.
