I have been working closely with In The Event for the last 2 years. I manage the site operations team at Adobe and partner with In The Event to create meaningful and engaging employee events. Adobe expects a lot from its partners. The whole team at In The Event understands our goals and works tirelessly to create them. In The Event supplies us with people that can consult on our strategy and planning as well as carry it out. It is hard to achieve excellence for planning and for execution. They also have supplied catering, rental furniture, printing, custom decorations, and equipment for lighting and sound. We haven’t had a request yet that they could not meet. The most impressive aspect of In The Event is dealing with all of our last minute requests or changes. We had a major event last year and our guest list increased from by 75% (about 1,000 people) 2 days before the event. The increase in catering, parking, and entertainment was extremely challenging. I know that we could not have done it without the support of In The Event. Our team has been so happy with their performance that now we are using them for similar activities in the Bay Area and Seattle. I highly recommend Robert and his team at In The Event.

I own an Event Design & Wedding Planning Company called Silver Summit Events, and Ive worked with In The Event for years, and they truly are one of a kind. They always go above & beyond for us and our clients. Their attention to detail is second to none and they are always willing to work closely with us and the rest of our vendor team (venue, florist, band etc) to make sure our events are flawless. Whether I ask for a giant custom made "Love" cake table (see photo), need special chandeliers so I can hang flowers from the ceiling, or just want my event perfectly lit, they are there for me. Additionally, all of their rentals are pristine, so Im never worried about the quality of the items I rent for my clientele. Most recently, they helped me with my own wedding! As a wedding planner, planning my own wedding, you can imagine how particular I was! They met every single one of my requests with an emphatic "Yes!" and everything they did for us was 100% perfect. I had a consultation with Becca in the beginning of April to discuss venue decor for my daughters birthday celebration, she was nice during the consultation seemed interested and willing to help us and informed me she would get some concepts together and email them to me. Two weeks went by and I had not heard from her, I sent her an email with the layout of the venue and never received a response from her. I then sent her and email asking her if she had received my previous email she responded yes but was busy with large events and said again she would work on concepts and email them to me, til this day I have not heard from her. I was disappointment I felt like my event wasnt "big enough" and was just ignored. Im glad I met with the gals over at Hoopes Events and received a quote/concept from them the same day we met. Maybe this company works great for large corporate events, I was disappointed since they have such good previous reviews.

It would be hard to write a review…it would be more of a story. The crew at In The Event are fabulous. We created together an event that had many many moving parts to it. Mist coming from multiple locations, strobes, lasers, killer sound, up lighting, wind effects, lightning coming from the ceiling, drones, multiple screens, over 50 standalone videos in one day plus power point….and more. The crew at ITE managed all of these moving parts flawlessly and never missed a cue. The best way to sum this up…..my company has had killer events in the past with venues such as Disney. At the onset to this meeting, everyone, including my own management, said “you will never be able to top the last meeting!” At the end of the day…they all said, “Over the wall home run…never to be topped again!” Thank you Robert and crew! If you’re a group planning an event and you want it done right….these are the guys you want!

This team is AMAZING! We came to them with a very vague request to make our tradeshow booth stand out and feel different that what we have ever done before. Not only did they come to us with an impressive design, but they did it so far under budget I was SHOCKED. It is awesome to find a company so honest, talented, and responsive. They know what they are doing, have the resources to do it, and thanks to their vision and hard work, our tradeshow booth was voted 3rd Place on a booth floor of over 400 vendors. This resulted in better traffic and repeat visitors to our booth too - worth the investment. A special thank you to Robert who was truly a joy to work with! They truly do not miss a beat!

Worked with JK on an event for our CVB. This was an incredibly detailed event and a big deal for the hotel to put it on as it was a chance to showcase what our hotel could do for meetings. JK made my job so much easier as his designs were perfect and even though we changed things numerous times, he always had a quick revision over to us for approval. Even during the event, one of the lights went out and I called JK he had one of his team members over within 20 minutes to fix and replace the light. I couldnt have asked for a more seamless process. I wouldnt hesitate to use In the Event again and work with JK. I will be recommending him to any clients that are putting on events.

I was introduced IN THE EVENT by a local event planner that uses them for all their corporate functions. I was immediately enamored by their professionalism and willingness to take on my event like it was their own party. They immediately had new ideas and offered different suggestions based on my goals. They are able through their software programs to lay out almost every detail of the event so you visualize before it happens. This process make you feel 100% confident that your event is going to be a success. And guess what?? I was right - my event was amazing!! I recently planned a conference in Park City. I worked with In the Event to build an awesome networking lounge and studio set up to record interviews. JK was fantastic throughout, answering our last minute questions and adding custom backdrops and other items to our order last minute. The setup and tear down staff were knowledgeable, fast, and helpful in answering questions. Highly recommend them and would love to have the chance to work with them again! It is so nice to work with vendors you trust to do the job right, especially when you are coming in from out of town and cant meet folks or see products in person.

I asked In The Event to help us create an "Un" Conference for our HireVue Summer Summit. We wanted a look and feel that was very unconventional. I met with Robert one time and gave him a description of what we were trying to achieve. Robert took that description and presented a rendering that was a perfect interpretation of what we wanted. The In The Event team is so creative with fresh, new ideas. Everything from conception to set up and tear down was so easy with the In The Event staff. We are looking forward to seeing what great idea they have for us next year!
