Arborvision Tree Service

These guys are amazing. Not your ordinary cookie cutter fix it shop. Attention to detail, quality work, and honesty. I have been doing tree work here in the Valley over 20 years and have tried may local shops for small engine repair. I been through them all, A to Z. Some get it right, some dont, They ALL charge an arm and a leg. James and his crew got on my repairs the same week I brought them in. Everything was in perfect order and has been running like a top every since. My business will go to Taylor from now on. Thanks a million guys!

If 10 stars were available, thats my rating. Great price ( wouldnt have even bothered to shop price if I had spoken to them first.) Chris was professional and very helpful on phone. Easy to work with, scheduling delivery and pickup. Stressful for us, as small time window between access to wedding venue & ceremony. No worries, right on time. Last minute issue (typical wedding), needing 3 more tables, specific sizes, easily added on. (Thanks, James!) My Grandaughters Wedding Day was perfect & your contribution will always be appreciated.

I rented a Bobcat from Taylor. The machine was dirty and poorly maintained. But that was the least of my problems... The representative told be that he would charge me for 4 hours, but charged my wife, who picked up the trailer with the Bobcat, for a full day. I called every day for a week and got the run around. I finally gave up. I will NEVER rent anything from this location again. Update: I finally reached the manager and he was able to fix the issue. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

I brought my mower into this store a few months back and had a great Experience. I saw they rent chairs and tables as well, I planned a baby shower last month and rented Tables and chairs. I was very impressed about their service all around. Very Friendly, Equipment was perfect for our event and was on time. Good Job Taylor Rental !!! We brought in a lawn mower for a simple repair that we didnt have the time to do at home. The "owner" said that we would get the repairs done within a week. 4 weeks later and we havent received word every time we call they say they will call us back but they have yet to do so. *Edit: Got the mower back, and it broke during mowing. We returned it and received a loaner and it will be in the shop for longer.

Great quality items, clean, and great service!! I rented items for mothers day brunch and forgot to return them on time (days late). Instead of charging me a fortune in late fees, they were so understanding and even came and picked the items up for free. Now that is amazing customer service!!! The entire process was easy! I ordered online and the people were so friendly!

I have rented from Taylor Rental Super Store a couple of times now...they have everything! The problem, however,is the customer service received by their employees. From the contact that I have had with them they are unwelcoming, not very helpful, and do not give a professional image. In the future I will find somebody else to rent my tables and chairs from.

Great service! Very helpful. Delivery was on time and did a great job. Made sure everything was set up correctly. Was going to get the biggest outside cooler but they told me to get the medium one to save me money. 3rd time using their services and will continue to use them.

This place is a joke! Worse place to repair small engine... I took my craftsman riding lawn mower there. It took them over 3 months to do something to it and they made it worse! It was running when I took it in and I had to push it on my trailer when I got it back.

We have rented chairs for the past 2 Thanksgivings for a large family gathering. Price is great, staff is quick and friendly. Prices is simple and efficient and so is return. Would recommend then to anyone. Will continue to use them for our rentals.
