Called 2 weeks ago and got a quote for a mass mailing. Called today to follow up on lead time and was told "we dont do that" and got hung up on TWICE!! Him: Pack Ship and Print. Me: Hi, Im calling to make some adjustments to a mailing quote I got a couple weeks ago. Click. Thought we got disconnected, I call back: Several rings Him: Pack Ship and Print Me: Hi, Im calling to follow up about a mass mailing quote Him: We dont do that. Me: But I got a quote for the service two weeks ago. Click.

Linda is rude. I am a customer that you want to come back to pay for your overpriced services, right? Prices are too high for packing material and boxes. Best to just pack yourself and take it to the post office. Never will go here again.

Great Service and very helpful. They are super friendly. It is the customer service that you got years ago when people cared, wanted you to feel welcome and genuinely wanted to help you.

Jim is excellent to work with. I ship a lot of packages and they are always very responsive and helpful in making sure my deliveries are taken care of. I definitely recommend.
