Nearly every experience I have ever had with FedEx has been horrible. I try to avoid them at all costs. The most recent experience, of which prompted me to write this review, was about a lost package. They were the shiping carrier and the package wasnt delivered on time. nstead of any note or contact I noticed that the ship date had been changed to unknown. I called them and then said they would try to figure out what happened and then call me back. They never did and I called them back, so I did. The person who answered the phone seemed very inconvenienced and when they figured out what happened told me they would call back by mid next week (a week after it was suppost to arrive) with an answer - not even a solution to the missing package. Nearly every time I call it is negative. Nearly everytime I have had something delivered it isnt delivered on time. I have had drivers lie about delivery attempts when I have literally been home. I have had so many poor experiences with FedEx. I even have an account with them with my address and delivery instructions, phone number, everything to be as clear and simple as possible. This problem seems to be across the board for me. I have recieved packages in several states with the same outcome. UPS, USPS, and DHL have all been great but I will always avoid FedEx if I can.

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I paid for 2nd day express shipping. they were a day late on delivering (though they insist that an attempt was made, no door tag left) and when they "attempted" again on thursday they left a door tag saying second attempt would be made friday and package would be delivered by 8pm. I waited all day for them to deliver package and they just didnt show up. The tracking info wasnt updated stating that they werent going to make it. When I was finally able to get in touch w/ someone at the facility i was told that i could pick it up myself at the facility. When i told them i dont drive, they said that I could uber to and from facility, on my dime, to pick up the package that they failed to deliver. They wouldnt accept responsibility for their incompetence, were rude and adamant it being my fault that the i wasnt here to receive package on thursday. A package that required no signature! UPS has no problem gaining entrance to my building and leaving packages for me at my door and delivering them on time. This facility needs to scrap their entire slacker workforce and start over w/ employees that have some sense of pride in the work they do. These people have to be the bottom of the barrel.

Absolutely terrible. I paid extra to have my item two day shipped it was supposed to be here Saturday. I get text alerts and got a text saying delivery attempted and failed so I called them because I had the day off and no delivery was attempted... The lady couldnt tell me why my package wasnt delivered and said they would try again on the next business day. So here it is, Monday, and what a surprise! I get the text again saying delivery failed. I call, the guy tells me that the delivery driver couldnt get through the gate... There is no gate to my apartment complex the entrance is on the road and the mail box is perfectly accessible to anyone. LAZY!!!! I HATE fedex. Now I have to drive 30 mins to pick up my package I paid them to bring to me early when I could have done standard shipping and got it 3 weeks later. Im furious. I prefer USPS never had an issue with them.

I have had at least 20 packages come through this facility. All but one have been late beyond even their guaranteed times. I live in Logan. All packages get to this facility quickly and just sit. Sometimes they have lost the package. Sometimes I am told that they have no responsibility to move the package. This is an incompetent FedEx location. Unfortunately it seems the hub for the Northwest as my parents in Washington have had similar issues with this shipping center. I cant rate this place low enough. If you are reading this and live where you package might be hubbed from this location avoid FedEx. UPS is very reliable - never had a package late from them. A lot of times I even get it early.

This is the 2nd time Fedex has ruined two birthday gifts for the same individual & I have only had things shipped w/Fedex 2x!! I ordered my gifts on Tues to be delivered Fri using Amazon Primes 2 day shipping. Fedex ordered arrived in the WVC location yesterday--Thurs--but now theyre telling me it wont be delivered until Mon!?! The CSR told me "its sitting in a big sealed container that wont be opened until Mon." really?!? Now, same order, smaller items shipped UPS arrived this morning in SLC & are already out for delivery!! Beyond mad. Thx Fedex for ruining yet another birthday! If I would have known Amazon was shipping the big ticket item via FedEx I wouldve canceled immediately!

Order 2 items from Amazon, both shipped the same day from the same facility. One package I really really needed and orders Overnight and paid $$$$$$ extra, which got sent via FedEx. The other I didnt care about and was sent via UPS ground. FedEx Missed delivering overnight which should of been on a Friday, but since the next day was Saturday, somehow that relieves them of the obligation for which I paid $$$ for and now wont deliver till Monday. Thats three days after the date I needed!!! FedEx is going down hill. And wait, that package I didnt care about via UPS ground showed up on Friday as if overnighted.

Sometimes FedEx delivers, sometimes it doesnt. When it doesnt, the online tracking says no one home, no door code, etc., but the driver never leaves a notice that he came by. I think he/she is in a hurry and just doesnt want to be bothered trying to deliver the package, so its easier to give these other reasons. Usually I end up having to drive to the West Valley center after not getting the package for several days. Good luck with their online and phone systems. I tell everyone I order from not to use FedEx, but some of them only have contracts with FedEx, so what can you do?

Terrible experience, have bought multiple items from amazon and received packages from USPS, UPS and OnTrac with no problem; but for some reason FedEx can not find my address. This is the second time a package gets delayed because they cant use google maps. Called CS line, their system claims they attempted to deliver the package, rep was rude and stated they will have to retry redeliver again. I asked if they could please do something so my next package wouldnt suffer the same fate, the answer was that they cant do anything. Will never use FedEx again

I was expecting several packages, knew the exact delivery date, and Im a stay-at-home mom, so I didnt anticipate any problems in getting them. However, the delivery driver did NOT knock on my door or ring my doorbell, and as a result, my sons birthday presents were stolen off our porch. Had the driver done his/her job, and had knocked or rang the doorbell to let me know the packages were there, they wouldnt have been stolen. After looking at the delivery time, I know for a fact that I was at home and available when the packages were delivered.
