This PostNet Franchise is a small business owners dream come true. Owner, Janine provides amazing customer service with unsurpassed quality. Their attention to detail is incredible. We had a banner printed, and because the printing didnt come out to her standards the first time, she re-printed and gave me both versions, without charging any extra! I would not have even known there was a blemish if she hadnt pointed it out to me. We have since printed other projects including business cards and black and white and color copies, and done mailing with them. Everything has been easy, fast, great quality and competitively priced. She is an amazing net worker as well. So, in addition to full service printing and mailing, she is great at getting to know her clients and helping to promote their businesses any way she can. I would highly recommend getting to know the people at this Post Net location, and utilizing their services for all of your printing needs, small and large.

I happened to walk into Post Net after googling a place to make copies. While there I noticed a sign that Photo books and inquired about it. I didnt want any old photo book that you could get online from shutterfly, I knew I wanted something with good quality however could not exactly put my finger on exactly what. Janine listened to me and told me to give her a few days while she researched it. Well, a few days later I received an Email introducing me to the prospective people that she went out of her way to find me. Im not sure if I can say their names on here however Janine made the connection for me and the work started. I am so pleased with the outcome of these very special photo books and I am forever grateful to Janine for going out of her way.

The Festival of Lights organization had all of the printing for the 20th Anniversary Wine and Beer Tasting prepared by PostNet. We were very pleased with the finished products which included everything from street signs, posters, flyers and booklets to invitations and a few special requests. The staff was both professional and very accommodating to our specific needs and willing to produce anything at a moments notice. The quotes were fair and the printing was completed within the stated time period. We will definitely call upon PostNet in the future.

I went to Postnet Ahwatukee for business cards. I had an idea of what I wanted and a logo from a previous card that I wanted to change. I emailed my old design to Janine who sent it to the graphic designer that they have on staff and he put it all together to make it look good and professional. He even made the logo more clear, which was initially saved in a non-scalable format. The cards were ready in a couple of days and were very reasonably priced. Correspondence with this printer was great and I felt well taken care of.

This isnt the most appealing thing to do out of a hotel room with all of the paperwork needed for applications etc. Went into this print shop and we were very pleased with the owners and their friendly approach to business. Janine and Aaron at Postnet are absolutely incredible. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. I have had nothing but good experiences with them and all i hear about them is good things from other people as well. They are insanely responsive and helpful and they set the bar so high that a Fedex print store or UPS store cant even hang. Trust me when I say that you wont get what you get at Postnet at any other print shop. Im Postnet all the way!

Its outrageous that i have had my package "mixed up" i leave them there to get taped thinking everything is good to find out later that they have wrong lables..whenever the lady does it its perfect but when that guy does it there always packages sent to the wrong address and mixed up ....give props to the lady only she is so kind and professional

I have a post box here and its been great. They will hold all mail for me to pick up when Im in the area. Im able to do much of my business having a normal address, no PO Box stuff. They also accept wine deliveries which is a plus. Friendly owners!
