I went to this UPS store to mail home my brand new custom computer and monitor to prevent damage from airline luggage people throwing it around. As soon as I got done telling a the guy how much it is worth and I wanted a insurance on the package I noticed another employee (a female) kick my computer package against the counter. the guy then yelled at her and then turned to me apologizing and saying how embarrassed he was... awful. nobodys packages should be treated this way EVEN if there is no fragile stickers on it (which my package was soon to get). this is a pretty terrible branch, especially since I noticed the previous review. Use another UPS store or resort to fedex down the road...

I researched your store online & saw a bad review but didnt let it sway. So I called and talked to Hannah. This girl has to be related to the owner because that is the only way I see her working there. Im from out of state moving here & only here for today & she tells me to try back Wednesday cuz she dont know what she is doing. THEN tells me to try the Post Office down the street if I cant wait. She was very rude & unknowledgeable about your products & services. What she didnt know is that I have been an UPS Store customer for 8 years so I know the ropes!!! Thanks to her, I will take my business else where!!! Damn shame!

Horrible customer service! I ordered an online print order to be completed through this store. When I went to pick it up the person at the counter had no idea what I was even talking about. She said the order hadnt printed yet and that she had no idea how to print it. She had me leave a note for the owner to call me because she had no idea how to fix the issue. She couldnt give a refund or anything. UPS should be ashamed to have this store as part of their franchise. Do not use this place for printing! You will never see it or hear from the owner for that matter. The worst.

For the past 11 months I have often processed returns to Amazon Prime through this location. The staff have always been great! They are friendly & helpful, and even go above & beyond their duties! There has been three (-ish) times that I have called them to request for them to PLEASE stay open until I arrive within the next five mins. after theu have closed. Every employee I have asked has always had a pleasant demeanor agreeing to my request, opening the door for me, and during my transactions! I really appreciate them! (The remodeling of the store has turned out lovely!)

I have had items come from this location three times in the last several months and EACH time the driver has failed to deliver my stuff to the right location. Yesterday I was supposed to receive a cake my parents sent for my birthday. No cake came even though my parents paid quite a bit more for shipping. THEY EVEN LOST the cake! They delivered it to the hospital and its a day later and no one knows anything about where it is. I like UPS but this location is disappointing. If you live in Kemmerer, WY avoid using UPS.

I love these guys and gals. They are so quick and knowledgeable in their equipment, always making sure Im taken care of 100%, willing to go the extra mile to ensure I am happy. From making copies of my scripts, to printing off my resume, even having to reformat my flash drive to make copies--they do it all. If all UPS was run this way instead of the mechanical BS necessary to find a lost package, Id be a lot happier. Thanks Gil, Jordan, and Erin. Youre the best! MJ

Ive been in here 5 times now. Every time, Ive felt the staff just dont like their jobs. Theyre generally cranky. This last time, they had a floating employee to help out, and she was the most pleasant person Ive met at a UPS store yet. She was sweet, helpful, and *gasp* even polite! I let her know that she needs to be transferred to this store permanently, as they could use the bright spot in their otherwise seemingly dreary existence.

I wont be shipping from here anymore. They are not customer focused. If you spend $75 to ship a package to arrive on a certain date, you should get that service. I called the store back after finding out there was a problem with the address of my package, and told there was nothing that could be done to correct the problem until the next day, and that they are not actually affiliated with UPS. Really?!? NOT GOING HERE AGAIN.

Dealt with Josh and just like all the other reviews this guy didnt care as well. He talked bad about the type of customers they got at this location and how the UPS system of doing business as a shop was flawed. As a long time manager I find that kind of behavior very unprofessional and wrong. Personal feelings and personal frustration should never get to the customer, it just doesnt look good.

These guys left a huge impression on me because they went above and beyond to help me! Each time Ive gone into their store, they were so helpful and went the extra mile to give me excellent service. All the employees that have helped me did so with a smile on their face and a cheerful attitude! They were so sincere and kind!!

Worst staff ever. I went in to find one working watching football on his phone while helping a customer I asked if they shipped DHL and IF THEY PRINT OFF LABELS. they said yes stood inline for 45 min to be told by the SAME PERSON they dont print of labels. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful. It would have been twice the cost of USPS. Twice as much paperwork. They would not run my card as "credit." They said I had to enter my pin. The clerk told me the Popes visit to SLC tomorrow would show things down. Clueless.

The staff admits to being under trained. To get your package where it needs to be youre better off using a printer and drop box. I would highly recommend using any other location.
