Horrible place. The African American lady there must hate her job cause it shows. I went in there to pick up a package that Dell told me to go get (because FedEx said they couldnt deliver to my employers address that they deliver to everyday). Anyway, So I go there & the lady tells me that Dell has strict standards & that they dont just tell people to go get packages like that. I told her I was just doing what I was told by Dell, the sender. She then laughed at me. Who does that? --laughs at a customer because they were told to do something that they dont agree with. She then mumbled something as I walked out the door. If I could give this terrible place a Zero star rating, I would. Yelp is going to hear about it, too. She gives FedEx a bad name. Very unprofessional.

They dont give you a window of time that they will deliver your items. The order didnt have the option to pick a delivery time so I had to stay home from work and night school to wait for a package. It was very taxing. I understand that they cant tell you exactly when your package is to be delivered but to wait around all day just so you dont miss it is foolish. I used 2 day shipping because I was hit with a unexpected deadline and now all I know is that it will be delivered before 8pm. Only good thing about the location was the person on the phone gave me direct answers. Nothing I didnt already know, but they were direct and she was nice about it.

Worst service ever and will not use FedEx again...I had a very time sensitive package and requested it be held at this location so I could pick it up...I was told it wouldnt be a problem so when I got there first thing in the morning, of course is was not there and it was out for delivery, only problem is fedex delivers to my home late and being that I work, I wont be there to sign for it which is required. Pathetic and very incompetent people working for this Company and when they say they will do something, it doesnt get done. An overnight package sent out Friday night, now I wont actually get until Tuesday evening. USE UPS OR USPS!!!!

Every time Ive dealt with FedEx there has been an issue. They tell you the package will be showing up between 7am and 8pm, as if I have all damn day to wait around. Then of course when you step out, you miss the package. Then, you have a 1 hour window to pick up the package at the ship center, between 6:30pm and 7:30pm. Just got off the phone with someone, and I could hardly understand what he was saying most of the time. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME! Avoid if possible. I have never had issues with UPS, or USPS, not once.

Awful company that doesnt pay its drivers at all. The new drivers for this msca station get 15.00 dollars an hour and have to work their ass off while the older guys get 25.00 an hour. The management staff is a laughable joke, u can be a manger yet u cant do the job your managing? Awful company that doesnt care about its customers or its backbone of its company, ITS DRIVERS! Your reward for mandatory working 60 hrs for Christmas is a 150 dollar bonus in January stay away u get what u pay for!

Delivery driver never showed up at my house, but said I was not home, although I was, did not leave tag. I could not get a response from this location about my delivery. Customer Service could not help except to ask if the center could call me, which they did not. No real phone number for this location had to call half a dozen times to even get any answer. Told me that they could not send the driver out again, but they never came the first time.

The people here are the most rude, and disrespectful people I have ever had to work with. Its no wonder UPS is better. The people here do not care and definitely do not do all they can to answer your questions. Who tells someone "I told you I dont know what to tell you." and then tosses your ID back at you. If I could give them 0 stars I would. HIGHLY disappointed and disgusted.

I have to agree with the rest of these reviews. The old man and the "african american" that work the counter are rude as hell. My employees have also commented on the poor service at this location. I spend $35,000 annually with Fedex and if I have another bad experience with these guys, Im taking my business to their competition.

Waiting all day for the doorbell. Working in the kitchen so Im in earshot when it rings because I dont want to miss it. 2PM rolls around, and I go out front to see a note that I need to pick it up at 6PM. What the hell? Didnt want to spend the extra ONE MINUTE to ring and hand it to me.

Worst ever service. Paid 5$ towards the exceptional delivery and the guy from FedEx calls me saying that they dont deliver. Ultimately I had to pickup the package even after paying them. The guy at the desk should learn some customer service skills.

This place sucks, no parking, driver doesnt return with your package at the time the receipt shows and they have no idea when they will return. ITS ONLY AN ESTIMATED TIME!!!! HUGE BUMMER!!!

The line was long bet the service was great. My issue is that the the parking lot is very small and causes you to park across the street just to go in, pick up, and walk out.

It would be great if they had a real phone number, it is stupid when you try to call them and there is a 800 number for all of the country.
